Great product for the price! So easy to order and customize. I love personalizing items. This was a gift to Me! The logo cam out fine (though smaller than I thought) and the mission statement that I put on the back was a bit fuzzy. Overall I love it though!

After a quick mix-up, I got the right product When I received my first personalized mug, it was clear that the company mixed up my order and sent me someone else’s mug. I wrote the company and they agreed to send me a new one. Unfortunately it was a Mother’s Day gift and it caused me to miss Mothers Day. But the correct one I received looked great and it arrived only a week late.

Ordered 6 picture mugs, 5 were perfect I ordered several picture mugs for my work colleagues. Most exceeded expectations is the clarity of the picture and the text. There were no mistakes in any of the texts. Just one mug had a picture that was too dark that I cannot give as a gift. I sent three mugs overseas and paid top doallar to do that, but 2 weeks later they have not arrived yet. But overall, I love this product!

Text Options By Shopper (San Antonio, TX) - December 29, 2018 I’m so disappointed on how the text came out over the picture I chose. When choosing text it does not give you options on the size of the text and I assumed when it was in production they would decrease the size so that I can see the whole picture.
