 Thank you for the replacementBy Shopper  (Inverness, FL) - October 29, 2022 I received an order for a cup and the picture on it was really hard to see. The original photo I uploaded was a little on the dark side but I thought it would be okay. It wasn't. The cup photo was very dark. I contacted customer service and P Mall replaced it for me. The replacement cup looks great. Lesson learned, don't upload any photo that is not bright and clear.

Personalized coffee mug I received this mug yesterday and I love it. I now have a picture of my dog on it. I had to have him euthanized in July and it broke my heart. The only thing I would change is to have the handle of the mug on the right side so right-handed people would have the picture facing them.

Awesome mug for family weekend My sister and I and our mom and her 2 sisters just started taking an annual trip together. I wanted to give them a gift from the last trip we took to give to them on our upcoming trip in July. This was PERFECT!! The picture looks great, the theme on the back looks great as well.
