I was very pleased with the quality of this Heart Keepsake. My friend's dog recently went to the Rainbow Bridge and I wanted to find something that would be suitable - this fit the bill. She loved it and so do I.

This is a perfect size for an in home pet memorial. We chose to bring our beloved pets ashes home and placed it right next to the photo urn. Created an honorary memory of our much loved babies for our family room where they always were.

I wanted to send something special to a dear friend at her time of pet loss sorrow and this item was puurrfect! The quality is very good and was gift boxed wonderfully. I was proud to present this and would not hesitate to order again.

Soooooo... I was looking for something to give my Aunt. She is one of those people who is addicted to labels and right now, well all the time money is funny with bills always being due any how I was not about to buy something real expensive so I went another route and was not disappointed. I just received this and when I tell you it looks like i dropped some money on it man oh man it looks super duper fancy. Sometimes it is more of the meaning behind a gift that gets the best reactions and seeing as though her fur baby just passed this was worth way more than any designer bag. Classy and plugging at your heart strings worth every penny. My only wish is that it came with a case or sleeve for moving around and when you need to place to the side for clean up but I am happy either way.

I got this for one of my clients they lost two dog in the past year. This product is beautiful. The size is jus right & it’s such a personal heart felt gift. She loved it so much she cried. I would definitely order this again. It was beyond my expectations on its quality . This was the best gift ever!

Beautiful and meaningful great price too

I purchased this to keep on my desk in remembrance of the best kitty ever...Phoebe..who passed away a few months ago at the ripe old age of 21. I miss her so much. When I saw this heart I knew I had to have it. I ordered it in the middle of the night when I couldn't sleep and wow....the very next day it had already shipped. Received it just a little while ago and couldn't wait to open it. It is beautiful and already has its place on my desk and somehow makes me feel closer to my Phoebe. It is very high quality ...a very nice clear lucite and the engraving is perfect. I highly recommend either for yourself or a gift to someone who has lost a pet.

The engraved heart that I sent to my friend in memory of her beautiful German Shepherd was so stunning and heartwarming that it touched many in our (dog)Rescue Community. It’s never easy to say goodbye to our best (fur) friends and this gift will always be a treasured one because it simply (and beautifully) says it all.. I will definitely be ordering from PM again!

The pet owners we sent this to cried but they loved it. They just lost their oldest furbaby. We wanted to do something beside a card. It was perfect.

If I could give 0 stars, I would’ve of. Item arrived damaged. Chip on bottom in front, very noticeable. I contacted the company. I was told they would give me a 20% discount. I don’t want a discount. I want the item replaced. It’s a gift for a friend who lost her cat I can’t give that as a gift. I will never buy from Personalization Mall again. Thats not a good way to treat customers.
