I bought these door mats personalized with the address latitude and longitude for our friends for Christmas. The external mat is very heavy rubber and very good quality. The personalized print on the mat could be more clear. When they were cut to fit the external mat, the inserts were not cut in exact rectangles. The cut was a little off, leaving a gap that shouldn't be there. I still kept them to give as gifts, but that is why 4 star rating instead of 5.
Looks great. Lets hope it help with sandy feet!

Bought this for the front door of our beach cottage on the OBX.
I love it, I really do. I just wish it had some type of plastic or protective over it. We love it so much we are scared to step on it.

Mat is a great quality, but the inset for the outer mat doent fit as well as I expected for the money it cost. Even with the insert being smaller than the area to be filled...it's still a good quality product.

Bought two of these for Christmas gifts. They are beautiful. Don't know how well they will clean shoes, but nice to look at.
This item was so creative and looked great… Initially… But within about two years all of the printing had faded away. Guessing it’s from water and sun exposure. But, as we really liked the first one, we ordered another and this time will treat it with some weather/sun guard that will hopefully keep it better for a longer period. I do wish Personalization Mall would have stood behind it and replaced it for free, but alas no. It did take two attempts at ordering this one to get as the first one was less routed in shipping. It was nice that they took care of that right away.
Product was purchased with a gift card(card cost $5.99)It was not included and shipped with the gift. The card was never received. The gift was received without the card and the person who got this gift did not know who the gift was from!!!! It took them 3 days of contacting people to figure out who the gift was from. Very disappointed!! Will not use this company again. The product itself is nice, and the recipients do like it.
The mat looked fine.But the top of the mat was not glued to the liner. The minute I out the mat but the door of my clients home the top blow off. I spent almost $50 and half if it blew away in in the first 5 min. I ran and grabbed some glue but it still looked bad because the corners rolled up due to the mat being rolled up during shipping.
Good looking product.It really shouldn’t be sold w/o the rubber tray b/c the mat itself is thin/ not sturdy at all. Perhaps indoors w/o the tray would be Ok. Turnaround time from factory great. Product should come with care instructions in package. My elderly parents for whom this was purchased should notneed to go online to learn how to care fortheir gift. there should be a more rigid/permanent way to affix the mat to the rubber tray- it is not a snug fit & worry will be a tripping hazard.
Doormat turned out beautiful! It has a very thick, sturdy yet flexible rubber back. Almost too pretty to wipe my feet on. Not been tested yet as it is a Christmas gift but I worry the felt top wont stand up to a lot of shoe wiping. However as decorative floor mat for regular foot traffic I think it will be perfectly fine.
Didn’t realize it was for indoors unless under an awning and out of sunlight. My mistake for not reading whole description of product. But photo of item looks like it is outside. It’s a doormat. One would assume it was for outdoors.
overpriced and misrepresented

The doormat seems to be solid but I was surprised that it arrived in two pieces,not to be connected or held together. I ordered the doormat and the rubber border and expected them to be held together securely or as a single product not two particularly for the expensive price $80. Will not order from this company in the future
