Personalization Mall never disappoints! Pictures are very accurate, quality is always good and the time from ordering to receiving is SUPER fast. I ordered one for my son who bought an old house, so I changed the personalization to "Our Old/New Home."

This item is a wonderful keepsake for anyone’s new home. The personalization is lovely, and the price is right. Included are satin ribbons and a useful fabric storage bag. It might be a bit heavy as a tree ornament, although it could be hung strategically on the sturdy part of a large branch.

Ordered a few for clients gift - good quality, definitely worth the price.
My only negative feedback is packaging - the velvet bags are nice, but have a huge personalization.com logo printed on it, which might not be for everyone.
In addition, the gift boxes that were offered with the item are not big enough to really fit the items, which was a disappointment - I had to find new boxes to package these.
However, great customer service, received a refund no problem, thanks!

This was the perfect gift for a cousin, who bought her 1st home earlier this year. In addition to her 1st Christmas tree, this was her 1st ornament! She loved it. The engraving was a bit faint, but was adequate.

This is a beautiful ornament - well constructed. But the address line is too short for 2 of our addresses.

Love it! Please consider adding more spaces for the address line. We have a rather short address, and I had to remove spaces to make it fit.

We had 3 children who bought new homes this year so this was a perfect gift for each of them. I loved the idea of personalizing with the new addresses. It's very classy looking. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the shipping took longer than anticipated. We celebrated Christmas already this past weekend, and the ornaments arrived the day after everyone left. Now I will need to ship them to each home.
