I am overall happy with the ornament. The engraving (personalization) is clear and accurate. The only reason for the four star is because the writing is slightly off center. Otherwise, everything else is great. Arrived within time promisd.

Cute ornament... I ordered it for my son, who just bought our new home after we moved for his job... We are in the process of moving in, so we weren't in the house for Christmas, but this will go on the tree next year for our "first" Christmas in the new-to-us house!

Love it! Please consider adding more spaces for the address line. We have a rather short address, and I had to remove spaces to make it fit.

We had 3 children who bought new homes this year so this was a perfect gift for each of them. I loved the idea of personalizing with the new addresses. It's very classy looking. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the shipping took longer than anticipated. We celebrated Christmas already this past weekend, and the ornaments arrived the day after everyone left. Now I will need to ship them to each home.

A little disappointed…the metal ring holding the key wasn’t completely closed and the key wasn’t attached on one side. Also a couple of smudge marks on the house itself. Love the idea of the ornament.

This is a very nice ornament. The only thing I would correct is darker etching - it is hard to read. Otherwise it is very nice.

I love you products but the package needs fixing. I've had broken items in the past. (Which were replaced quickly) and this time still not packed to protect item. The key came only attached on 1 side easy fix but still annoying.

This was just as beautiful as it was pictured. Very pleased with this purchase. Would definitely order from this company again.

We bought our first home this year and love how this ornament cherishes that for years to come. It’s a little heavy, but not too much for the right branch. The engraving is a little smudgy, but for the price it’s great!

I purchased this as a Christmas ornament which is adorable! The only thing that I would say is that I the think the engraving could be a little bit darker.

It is perfect size and looks nice on the tree. The engraving is professional and looks beautiful. My only very small complaint is that the packaging was pretty flimsy and was beat up by the time we got it, ornament was still ok tho!

I struggled with the rating. The ornament is so perfect and everything i have ever bought from Peronalization mall has been great, but the engraving on this is off. one of the names you can read well, but the other only half of it.

the ornament is very nice and heavy, cute design. My only issue is it is hard to read the writing. You basically have to angle it to see the words.

Adorable decoration for the price. I was able to personalize it how I wanted, but I wish the personalization was easier to read. Instead of the words being silver on silver, it would be adorable if they were red like the heart.
