A little disappointed…the metal ring holding the key wasn’t completely closed and the key wasn’t attached on one side. Also a couple of smudge marks on the house itself. Love the idea of the ornament.

This is a very nice ornament. The only thing I would correct is darker etching - it is hard to read. Otherwise it is very nice.

These ornaments are a perfect way to commemorate the two big moves my family made this year. I only wish that the engraving was darker and easier to see.

The weight and size of the ornament is as expected. Disappointed with the scrip and size font of “ My new home”. Difficult to read. Appeared clearer in the review photo.

I love you products but the package needs fixing. I've had broken items in the past. (Which were replaced quickly) and this time still not packed to protect item. The key came only attached on 1 side easy fix but still annoying.

This was just as beautiful as it was pictured. Very pleased with this purchase. Would definitely order from this company again.

We bought our first home this year and love how this ornament cherishes that for years to come. It’s a little heavy, but not too much for the right branch. The engraving is a little smudgy, but for the price it’s great!

Bought this as a gift for my sisters new home. Fast delivery and very nice personalization. I just wish we could have put the year on the key. The key holds no real purpose since it can’t be personalized. But very nice gift for a new homeowner!

I purchased this as a Christmas ornament which is adorable! The only thing that I would say is that I the think the engraving could be a little bit darker.

I absolutely love the new ornament.
It is perfect size and looks nice on the tree. The engraving is professional and looks beautiful. My only very small complaint is that the packaging was pretty flimsy and was beat up by the time we got it, ornament was still ok tho!

I struggled with the rating. The ornament is so perfect and everything i have ever bought from Peronalization mall has been great, but the engraving on this is off. one of the names you can read well, but the other only half of it.

the ornament is very nice and heavy, cute design. My only issue is it is hard to read the writing. You basically have to angle it to see the words.

I'm very pleased with the product. I purchased it for my oldest son who just bought his first home. It was delivered in a prompt manner and packaged for minimal damage.

Adorable decoration for the price. I was able to personalize it how I wanted, but I wish the personalization was easier to read. Instead of the words being silver on silver, it would be adorable if they were red like the heart.

My in-laws loved this gift at Christmas for their new home. The words were a bit off-center, but it item itself is beautiful and very original.

The ornament itself was beautiful but the personalization can only be seen closeup. I didn't pay attention to the photo which had the light inscription. I'll probably purchase another "New Home" ornament from one of the kiosks in the Mall where the writing is darker.

PM ornaments are getting bigger and heavier with each year/each order I make. When they are too heavy, they weigh down the branches. Don't think I'll order more of these ornaments another year.

The ornament is high quality. My only disappointment is that the engraving is very light and not readable unless you look closely. Overall I’m happy with it.

I bought this for my son and his fiancee for their engagement and their new home. I loved the ornament but the personalization disappeared and was hardly noticeable. Would of been better if they had had black ink available....
