I love my ornament; however, the engraving ended up going into a part of the ornament that it shouldn't have. Slip of the hand I guess.

The ornament itself was beautiful but the personalization can only be seen closeup. I didn't pay attention to the photo which had the light inscription. I'll probably purchase another "New Home" ornament from one of the kiosks in the Mall where the writing is darker.

PM ornaments are getting bigger and heavier with each year/each order I make. When they are too heavy, they weigh down the branches. Don't think I'll order more of these ornaments another year.

The ornament is adorable but the engraving is very hard to read. Very disappointed in the quality of personalization.

Nice quality but engraving is not complete

The ornament is high quality. My only disappointment is that the engraving is very light and not readable unless you look closely. Overall I’m happy with it.

I bought this for my son and his fiancee for their engagement and their new home. I loved the ornament but the personalization disappeared and was hardly noticeable. Would of been better if they had had black ink available....

The print on the orament is light hard to see what it says.

A little heavy, but nice

Cute ornament but I selected this ornament without realizing there was no year on it.... wish I would have noticed.

The text is so narrow it's difficult to see. It should be bolder and/or filled in black ink to stand out.

Got this as a gift for a friend. The engraving was off-center and the key was nicked.

When I received the ornament, I was slightly disappointed because there are smudges behind the engraving. The silver plate is not totally smooth. But, my biggest complaint is that the links that hold the key had come loose (on the right side of the key). My husband was able to fix it however, there seems to be one link missing. As a result, the key does not sit under the house evenly. Obviously, it’s too late to get a new one made so, now we will have to figure out a way to fix this so I can give it to my niece in time for Christmas!

The other item online looked so much nicer. The print was very small and hard to read (needs to be brighter and bigger).

This is a very cute ornament in the picture but when I received it unfortunately it looked very cheap.

The ornament itself is very pretty as well as the design of the engraving. But I can't rate it highly because the quality of the engraving, in my opinion was poor. It was lightly etched and is not readily visible when the ornament is hanging.

I wish I could return this ornament. You cannot see the personalization at all unless you hold it 2 inches from your eyes. What's the point of getting it personalized if you can't see it. The etching is almost invisible. Terribly disappointed. I am out now almost $20 and have to purchase something else for my clients. The ornament itself is lovely. The personalization is invisible and therefore the gift is unusable. Picture attached is from 2 inches away which is how close you have to be to see anything.

I witnessed the price go up right before Black Friday. Also I got this survey before I even received the product. Would not purchase again
