These ornaments turned out wonderful and will be a wonderful gift for a newly engaged couple. It's too bad the glossy funish is not available in the 3.75 size. It was last year and worked much better for group pictures.

There was an error on the first shipment of the product. Even though I had approved the "preview" (didn't see the error then), the company bent over backward with me to correct the issue and even priority shipped me the replacement so it would arrive before Christmas!! The couple LOVED the ornament and all worked out great, thanks to the wonderful assistance of the customer service department!!! Well Done!! I will be a customer for life!

I’ve been ordering pictures ornaments through Personalization Mall for years and have always loved them and given them as gifts. This year my original order did not turn out of the same quality as years past, but I called and let them know I have issues. They redid the order and resent everything free of charge and I was very pleased with the replacement order. We will be continuing our tradition next year!
