Memory Maker My purchase of the 3D disc was to commemorate a grandchild's First Christmas.
It turned out really nice---wish my own picture had been better. The 3D aspect makes the ornament stand out amongst the others.

Good quality. Perfect for the ornament. However, choose your photo wisely. The hole for the ribbon was situated right in my grandson's left eye.

Great Christmas Gift! Very pleased with this personalized Christmas ornament and would recommend to others. I only gave 4 stars because 1 of the 4 ornaments ordered had the ribbon hanging hole off center and the promised mail delivery was two days later than expected, but that is probably not your fault. However, love the idea of a personal picture on an ornament and would order again!

2 sided square photo ornament If this ornament had been alittle bigger, it would have been perfect. The square size makes it much easier to align photos.

2-sided ornament The photo is blurry. I'm not sure if that is PersonalizationMall or the quality of the photo I chose. A little bummed but we still put it on the tree. I wouldn't give this ornament to someone as a gift due to the blurriness.

Love this I love this item but make sure you review your order before submitting to make sure the hole (to thread the ribbon) won't be placed in the vital part of the picture and that the picture won't be cut off due to the edge. The edges are very tight, so edit picture accordingly.
I ordered 2 of these. One was perfect and the other was crooked so it hangs a little off-center, but I can live with it.

Came out nice. My only complaint was I ordered a new one for this family. This is the new one. The first one the hole went right through the little girls head & it didn't show me that on the preview. I think I should have been notified before it was made.

2-sided picture I always like to give my family members ornaments that have a special memory for the year. I really do like these two sided photo ornaments that I can pick favorite pictures from the year for them. I had a few of them which were really dark which may be from the picture I used!! You can't go wrong with this ornament just select a bright picture.

Annual Family Ornament Love the size of this ornament and the fact that it's two-sided. But, the matte print makes the picture fuzzy. The smaller photo ornaments are glossy and the picture is sharper. I would love to have the glossy offered in the 3.5" ornament.

Nice ornament By Shopper (CUMMING, GA) - December 18, 2019 I love giving personalized ornaments as Christmas gifts, and I have purchased several ornaments from this site. This is the first time I received an ornament with a flaw in it. I contacted the site and they promptly replaced the ornament and the replacement is perfect. I do think the matte ornament isn't as sharp as the glossy ones I ordered - not like a matte photo which is still clear but just not shiny. But all in all, it's a nice ornament and I will order from them again.

Pretty good My fault for not realizing I purchased one larger than others I have. 3.75 is very big and pretty heavy. Quality is nice. I do wish the writing was closer to the edge. It sits much more inside the picture than the preview shows and looks a little strange being so high

It looks more like a coaster than an ornament. But I just didn't pay attention to the details like I usually do. Love everything I've ordered from them!

Change in material used to make ornament I am not entirely happy with the change to the clay-like material used to make the picture ornaments. I have been ordering them for years and loved them, but was very surprised when I received my order this year. The ornament is bigger, heavier, and does not have the photo-like shine it once had. Normally bigger is considered better, but not with ornaments. They weigh down the branch of the Christmas tree and when hung on a ornament hanger, it seems to be teetering to remain standing.

Beautiful ornament The ornaments are beautiful, just wish they were a little brighter. They seem dull and no shine to them at all. I would purchase again with the knowledge that they will come this way.

Good quality By Shopper (SAINT ALBANS, VT) - December 22, 2017 I ordered three identical memory ornaments after the passing of my sister-in-laws mother for my SIL and her sisters. They arrived and were good quality. My only complaint was that the wording on one of the ornaments was missing the white part of the lettering and it was a little bit hard to read. The other two were perfect. All three were well received and greatly appreciated.

Great ornament.... I love everything about this ornament except that I was expecting a glossy finish. Other than that, it looks great. Maybe I did not read the description well or I missed something during ordering. Either way, it is okay. I bought 13 of the same exact item for all of my family. Returning them would not make much sense to me.... I am always satisfied with my purchases from Personalization Mall.com... I have been buying from them for a few years now...

Nice, Large Item I like the size of this. And, as with all PM ornaments, the velvet bag and included ribbon/cord are very nice. My only note on this is that the bisque finish keeps the image quality from being as sharp as it seems on some other items. It may be hard to tell from the attached photo, but the image on the glossy ornament does look quite a bit clearer in person than the photo on the bisque finish. It's fine for my purposes and I do like it. But, something to consider depending on the image you want to use.

Wish it was glossy These are nice ornaments. We needed this bigger size and it is disappointing there is not an option for this size to be glossy. The ornaments look better glossy.
