I have ordered this product in the past and the quality was much better. This year the photo looks grainy and unclear.It appears to have a texture.

I bought 5 of these Personalized photo ornaments and only 3 came with the hanging satin ribbon. I hate to give these as gifts without the ribbon. It is disappointing, Also I would like the option of selecting the color of the messaging so that it does not get lost on the photo I selected for the ornament.

Was a bit disappointed in this ornament. Picture was very light and kind of faded into the wood grain a bit. Ordered a glossy one last year and it was beautiful

The quality of the ornament itself is great but photos on both sides were distorted, enough to be noticeable. Several other ornaments ordered at the same time were fine.

I bought 6 of these and used the same quality photo for each. Some of the photos were blurry. I was a little bummed but they are worth the price.

I have ordered several things from Personalization Mall in the past and have always been happy with everything. I order each one of my adult children a Christmas ornament and they have always been beautiful. This year I ordered the ornaments with pictures and were slightly disappointed in how they turned out. The pictures are not good quality at all. Maybe a picture ornament is not the best choice. Shipping and handling are reasonable and the orders are always quick to arrive. I will definitely order again, myabe just not the picture ornaments.

The product was fine but I reordered another one but larger.

Very disappointed in my double sided ornaments. Like the material but the images (my pictures) and the text are grainy. The text is not crisp or clear - almost has a shadow on it.

Nice ornament but black and white doesn’t do well on the wood.

I purchase a new photo ornament of my family every year to add to our Xmas tree. This year I purchased a new 2021 ornament & one to replace a 2017 ornament accidently broken by my son. Although I still love having the photo ornaments to remember our years, the photo quality on the new ornaments are not very good. The 1st ornament has a gray haze over the bottom half of the picture obscuring my sons face. The 2nd replacement ornament is nowhere near as sharp as the old 2017 ornament that was broken. It's like comparing pictures taken by an old iphone & the latest iphone model. I still love them just wish the quality of the picture were like prior purchases.

I like the ornament, however, I think the gloss ornament would have been a better choice

Ornament looks great but has the wrong photo on the back. I called and they promised to send replacement right away. Mistakes happen. Here’s hoping they come through to make it right. All’s well that ends well.

Just didn't like the look of it. I purchased a couple 3 years ago and really liked them.

I almost always love anything I purchase from this site, but these wooden ornaments had subpar picture quality.

I really like thie Personalization Mall, but do not recommend the Matte finish. Definitely not happy with matte. I have bought many items as glossy and am much happier.

it would be nice to have the option to mail to two different addresses when buying more than one ornament. I wanted to send as a gift as well as get one myself and I couldn't use a coupon because my order total wasnt high enough because I had to purchase separately.

I sure WISH you had NOT put a hole through my granddaughter's head. You could alert people as to where the hole for the hanger would be. I would have designed the image differently, i.e. made her image smaller with the black border. ANYTHING but a hole in her dear head. BAD!

Picture clarity was not as expected.

I bought this for my mother-in-law for Christmas. While the picture printed cute, it was much duller in person than in the picture. She still liked it, but I was disappointed in the brightness of the picture.

Only one sided.

I bought a number of ornaments at Personalization Mall and most came out nicely and as expected. I was disappointed in this particular one for a couple of reasons. First, the finish on it is a rough texture--I thought it was going to be shiny and smooth like the others. Second, the picture did not look nearly as clear and sharp as it looked when I created it.

I've purchased a lot of ornaments and this one is my least favorite. It has a different coating a bit dull. I can describe it as a sugary like coating and not glossy like the others.The coating does not allow for the picture to look sharp and clear. I will not be ordering this premium in the future. However, I will continue to buy the regular ornaments with the glossy finish. They are just beautiful, high quality, and definitely make perfect holiday gifts.

This isn't my favorite ornament by a long shot.the texture is horrible but it was the only one that fit the picture I had. Would not recommend this one!

Product was dull, no shine, and there wasn’t even a ribbon to tie onto it for hanging.

The finished ornaments I received were much darker than when I personalized and ordered them.
I have not contacted customer service yet, but plan on it.
I have not run into this problem ever when ordering ornaments from you and I’ve been doing it for years.

Poor quality. Picture very grainy and faded.

Photos appeared clear when submitting and on final product photos are very blurry.

I wanted the 3.75 size.Unfortunately only the 2.85 comes in glossy.So I ordered 3.75 with the matte finish as that's all in comes in.I was not really pleased with the matte finish.Looked too hazy. When you have a glossy picture then have a smoky ornament it's not so nice.

I have a family tradition of picture ornaments of my children. I've been ordering from Personalization Mall for several years and have always been thrilled with the quality. Not this year. I ordered several photo ornaments - even some as gifts, and I am, quite frankly, embarrassed to show and/or give them. I'm so very, very disappointed.

On a brighter note, I misspelled one name and noticed it just after ordering. Emailed customer service and they were able to correct the spelling prior to creation. They got back to me right away.

When I looked at the picture and the heading said ornament I thought it was a Christmas tree ornament, a ball. It's actually just a little round flat medallion. I think the add for this item is a little misleading. They did do a nice job on the picture

Hole not where it shows in picture or preview before ordering. Hole lower than showed and covered part of face.

I have ordered these types of ornaments for 10 years and never has the quality been so very poor. The color is absolutely nothing like the actual pic. Very green and brown toned.
