I was quite unhappy with this ornament. I had edited the picture to fit appropriately, I thought. It looked fine in the preview. When it arrived, however, the hole for the hanger was right through my son in laws face!

Good quality, terrible wait time to receive the product plus it was delivered well after Christmas. Shipping needs to be greatly improved or I’ll have to find a new seller. I’ve bought ornaments for the past 4 years and this has been the worst year yet.

I purchased this ornament as a gift. I understand that it is a matte finish but am very disappointed because it is so dark. I thought it would still be colorful but just not shiny.

I’ve purchased picture ornaments from this site before and they’ve turned out great. This time, the pictures came out really blurry and unfortunately did not live up to my expectations. The pictures used were high quality professional photos taken and properly downloaded.

The ornament is cute. But where they mark in the red area...it really gets cut off. I thought when I ordered it, that it was just going to wrap around the sides or something. Also, the printing on the front is hard to read. Overall it is a low quality ornament...probably wouldn’t buy again.

Nice big ornaments but because of the material the pictures were not crisp at all, even the writing was blurry.

I was disappointed with the lack of focus and the graininess of the finish. The colors in the photo were muted in production and there is no lacquer as a finish so it is rough kind of like sandpaper.

I ordered 4 of these ornaments for Christmas gifts and am extremely disappointed. They are so dull! I've ordered many photo ornaments from this site in the past and was always pleased, until now. All of the others were shiny and colorful. They are not at all what I expected.

I am disapointed with this produt. It does not come looking nice and shiny like in the photo, it comes very rough and with a dull photo that appears faded and not bright at all. The script is so dull in color it is barely legible. The ribbon that comes with the ornament is beautifully tied, but it isn't attatched to the ornament. Which makes no sense to me. So you have to untie rhe nice bow, to attatch it to the ornament, and it no longer looks nice. I would not reccomend this particular ornamen

These get worse every year. Text isn’t even centered, photo is blurry. Super disappointing - especially with a massive price increase this year.

The wood is blurrier than it shows online

My photo was blurry and stretched! Looked terrible and can NOT use for gifts! Worst I’ve ever gotten from this company.

The picture I submitted was clear and colorful. The ornaments I received looked faded and foggy - like there was a film over the pictures. Very disappointing.

I am VERY disappointed in the Family Memories Premium Photo Ornament. I order these photo ornaments every year and this year they are blurry (and it is not the photo because I used the same photo for Christmas cards and those look clear in the printed images). Even the writing with the names of the kids and the "2023" looks blurry. They are very poor quality this year.

the estimates for the hole placement were off and both sides ended up wit the hole for string in the head of a person in the picture.

Came out too dark..couldn't gift

I would not recommend the matte version. All the glossy ones came out great. The matte was disappointing- colors were blotchy, not very clear, and it looks like there is discolored smudged mark on one side.

I’m very disappointed of how the pictures turned out on the ornaments. No matter how well we edited our pictures, they don’t look glossy as advertised.
