I really like the quality and the look and feel of this pillow. Great job on the personalizing, too. My ONLY issue, is that you charged me extra for the size of this pillow, and I ordered a small one! Your shipping costs are a bit high! I like your products, but I can get elsewhere without all of the additional shipping expense.
