The ornament is beautiful and a super keepsake. I rated it 4 stars because it did not come with a ribbon or cord to hang it with which surprised me. My daughter can’t wait to hang it on their tree!

The ornament is beautiful and I can't wait to put it on my tree. I gave it 4 starts instead of 5 because the ornament arrived without a ribbon to hang it as shown in the photo.

The ornament did not come in the storage bag like all other ornaments come in. Quality was not what I expected. Seems very dull compared to posting of actual ornament

I have purchased several ornaments and have been happy. This ornament not so much.It is clear and I knew that, however there is markings that make the name of my granddaughter almost impossible to see. Wish I had gotten the one with the pink dress on it..

I have ordered multiple things from personalization Mall before and I’ve always loved them. But I was extremely dissatisfied with this purchase. While the writing was centered nicely and done in a nice font, it was very difficult to see it at all because it was extremely light. I had planned on this being a very special gift for my son and his wife’s first child, but I will not be giving it to them.
