This purchase was my third. My first purchase was a memorial pillow for my beloved Gracie.. My neighbors fur baby Paris passed aeay a month ago. And because I know how it feels to lose a beloved pet I decided to have a pillow made for his fur baby. They did a great job! I also had one done for my other neighbors fur baby whose name was Molly. I surprised them both with the pillows and they very happy. Literally brought them to tears!

Received this pillow today and sent in a concern that it didn't come with an insert. That was my mistake , I didn't see it until I got home. When I did open it I was pleasantly Happy with it ! It does come with the insert !! I should've known because this is now the 3rd pillow I've ordered from here. They are All Beautifully Done !!
