I ordered this after we had to put my 15yr old cat down due to cancer. The pillow was outside of the pillow case upon arrival but overall it came out nice and it is soft.

I lost my baby several years ago but decided to purchase one of these pillows now. I had already purchased one for her sister who died last year and I love it. So now they are together again on my bed. The pillows are nicely made and the pictures come out very nicely. I feel a little silly but I kiss them every day!
