Pillow came out better than I expected! So happy with it, as it’s a gift! Being able to preview the product before pirchase was awesome! I could see that my photo looked better in a black pillow. Love it!

When I tracked the package it said it was delivered, but I never received it. I called customer service and they replaced it and shipped it to me very quickly. I know my mom will love her pillow! I definitely will be ordering from here again.

I ordered this for my brother when his dog of 18 years passed away. She was such a part of our family, I decided to order him this pillow! My mother called me to tell me how much she loved it! I absolutely love how this turned out. Dont worry about the reviews that state the pillow is flat. It only ships flat but once you open the package it plumps up immediately. The quality is great and makes for the perfect memory of our beloved pet.

I ordered this pillow as a gift for my mom for her birthday of her dog who had passed away. I absolutely fell in love with it, as did all of my family. Now, everyone wants their own pillow!! I received this pillow as a gift when my precious golden Logan went to rainbow bridge. Within a month I had a friend who lost her 2 dogs. I ordered one each of these pillows. They were beautiful, and arrived before I thought they would. She LOVED them. Such high quality and the pictures came out beautiful.

I received my pillow with a slice through the package and the pillow which I believe occurred during shipping. I contacted the company and sent photos of the damage. They replied immediately and sent me a new pillow at no additional cost. The quality of the pillow was great! I would definitely order from Personlization Mall again.

This pillow came beautifully. Nice as soft as well. Definitely met my expectation! Did not try and wash it yet though.

I purchased two of these pillows for my sister to memorialize her two pups lost to sudden illness. She couldn’t thank me enough for these and they are definitely a quality product. I had to create these long distance, from an iPhone photograph and they turned out beautiful.

Pillow is beautiful! Picture is clear & perfect. I saw some complaints of a flat pillow, but all I did was fluff up the pillow and it is perfect.

Loved the quality of the picture on the pillow and the choice of sayings that were available...I’m very satisfied and the person that received it loved it...one thing I’m not fond of is the pillow itself...it’s too flat and I had to buy a different pillow for the picture case

I have ordered this pillow quite a few times over the years for friends that have lost thier pets. It's been very high quality, plush and the pillow very full and fluffy. This recent purchase however found the pillow with less fulness even after allowing it to expand for several hours and the outer pillow fabric not as velvety and high quality as in the past. Not sure why this is. But still a good purchase for a memorial pillow.

This is the second pillow I purchased for a family mourning the loss of their beloved pets. The choice of scripts are consoling in themselves, and, of course, the photo selection is undoubtedly a favorite. These pillows are perfect for a bed, LR, or family room. However, the pillows are quite thin - not overly plush.

Purchased this pillow and pillow cover to give to a relative’s family that recently had to put their dog down. I am confident they will love it. The words on the cover speak from the heart, and since one selects a photo of their choice, it’s all the more sentimental. The pillow is quite thin - not very full, but I suppose one could purchases their own pillow to insert in the cover. I would purchase again - in fact I ordered a second pillow to memorialize another of their dogs that had to be put down a few years ago.

This pillow was for very good friends of mine who lost their baby Zeus.

The photograph of the pillow shown for approval was approved before ordering. Unfortunately, when received, the photo was not centered on the pillow (too much space on the bottom). It was well received by the recipient, but I was a bit disappointed.

Had to crop a picture so much that I was questioning how the final product - a pet memorial pillow - would come out. The final delivered product was better than expected.

The print looks so good on this pillow. The material seems to be very thick. The only reason I didn't give a 5 was because the pillow is very thin and not fluffy.

We got this as a birthday present for a family member after his almost 20 year old cat passed away. He loved the sentimental gift. It’s a nice reminder that even though his Phoebe is gone, he can see her any time. The quality of the pillow case is amazing. I only dropped one star because the filling is a little light.

I really liked my new pillow. It isn't as full as i would have liked. That is why i gave it the 4 stars.
