Ordered the personalized keychain to use as a Christmas gift for a relative. It arrived very promptly and turned out just adorable. Cannot wait till she opens it at Christmas.

I order a keychain with a picture of my Daddy on it that has passed away and when I opened it I just cried.... can't wait to give it to my son for Christmas they were best friends.... thank you for making these special items

The quality is better than I expected it's actually really good! Came exactly a week from order date. I ordered 2 and they came in separate dust bags. I'd order again!

My only issue, I didn't see where it told me where the hole for the key chain part was going to be, so one of the people in my picture has a hole and equipment through his head.

Would have been 5 stars but it was a little bigger than expected. Looks great and came quickly. I bought them for grandkids to hang on their backpack A little big to use as keyring.

Smaller ring keychain than normal. Love the hard good quality of the photo - two different pics is a plus!

I purchased 3 of these keychains for my 3 sons with picture of them with their kids on one side, and just their kids alone on the other. They seem to be well made and the photos came out great. The processing and delivery time was great as well.

I'm concerned about the durability of the material.

Picture clarity was great. Very pleased.

The key chains coloring was a little brighter than I would have expected had I been printing it. However, I am a photographer and I have had it printed other places so I know what the coloring should look like more than an untrained eye which the people who received them couldn't tell. It could have something to do with the material that is used to do the key chain which in that case it is a good trade off the coloring being off a tad for a more durable key chain or simply could be a calibration issue between what I am seeing and what they are seeing, so understandable. My only complaint would be the plastic thing that holds them on we have lost two out of the three several times so we just got rid of the plastic and ran the circle metal part through because we don't want to loose it. Over all was a great memorable gift for 3 different people in my family. Love ordering presents through this company! Always my go to when I want something memorable!

I gave this 4 stars as I love the keychain. The picture came out great and is nice and clear and bright and it is a nice size. I would have given this 5 stars, except I am worried that with time the picture will wear out and degrade as it seems unprotected by plastic or laminated. Other than that, I highly recommend.

I bought this for my boyfriend for Christmas and put his picture with our daughter on it. It’s wonderful and super durable. I thought it would be rubber but it’s actually plastic. I would buy it again.

I am slightly disappointed in these keychains. It's my first purchase from Personalization that I haven't cared for. The pictures are two small of the person - meaning I would have liked him to be seen better on the keychain - made a little larger for better visibility. This may have been my fault when ordering. Perhaps I did not crop well. I know I will not order these keychains again though.

It was ok. I think pic could have been clearer.. it looks awkward in the frame, like parts got cut off. But satisfactory for the cost.

Pictures were not as clear as I hoped for.

I order from PM often, especially around Christmastime, and I'm generally very impressed by the quality of the products. This one is (sort of) an exception. The photos came out a little less clear than they appeared in the online preview; the colors were slightly off and the images look slightly blurred in the finished product. But it's not so bad I won't still give it as a gift!

it was cute, bigger than i thought. the personal message should be on a little card in the box or something tho. not on some recipt looking piece of paper. i was dissatisfied wi it. but overall key was worth it. just not the extr money for note.

There were white spots on one side of the picture. And over all it felt bulky. I bought my friend one as well and she loved hers but said it was kind of heavy.

The pictures on the key chains we're messed up but they handled well. Re-funded me and sent me a new one

Unfortunately it doesn't show on the template/preview where the ring hole punch will be. They punched my face completely out of my mother's Christmas gift ??

I absolutely dislike writing bad reviews however I was super anxious to get this beautiful keychain for my keys but wasn’t impressed by the picture quality. I expected much better since the preview before ordering looked perfect! I’m not even happy about it on my keys but I already paid for them and sadly I ordered two. On a lighter note, items did come earlier than expected if that helps any.
