I use personaliztionmall.com all the time. This was the first time that I ever received a product that I was not satisfied with. One of the letters on the glass was messed up. However, I am completely satisfied with the customer service. A new glass was set out the same day I called to complain. I will continue to use personalizationmall.com in the future.

Looks like someone just put sticky letters on for the names witch I could of done !!!

The personalizing was thick. It looks and feels like a sticker. Horrible

I was not happy with the final product. I was not expecting that the personalization be done in stickers. I could have done that myself.
