Holly Branch Personalized Baby Photo Ornament Customer Reviews

The ornament is absolutely beautiful. The photo looks amazing. It’s of my daughters tiny hand in mine. The ornament is made out of some type of heavy ceramic material and very nice quality. Very pleased.

The quality of this ornament is great. It will make a keepsake that will last forever. I love it and my daughter will, too! I bought one for her and one for myself of the new baby.

It turned out so nice! They also included a velvet bag which made it a nice little gift for my mom and sister.

I am sure my son and his wife will cherish this ornament. Their son, my grandson, was born on April 14 2017, and this I'm hoping will be the official, "Babies' First Christmas." Was thrilled when I found this ornament.

This particular memorial ornament meant so much to us. I lost my beautiful granddaughter this July, she was only 3 months old. We have suffered a tremendous tragedy and I wanted something special for us at Christmas. Thank you.

This ornament was perfect for our special little great grandson's 1st Christmas Ornament. It exceeded our expectations and arrived in a timely manner.

I couldn’t be happier with my ornament!! I was not expecting the quality to be a nice as it is and it was so inexpensive! The turn around time and shipping were very quick. I absolutely love it and this is something our family will cherish forever.

I was so excited to purchase this for my first grandchild's first Christmas. Have to say I was a little sad that it came out kind of dark. The original photo and the personalized view didn't show it that dark either. I also failed to read that it was a mate finish so it does look a little dull. My son and daughter in law were happy, but I just wish is was brighter.

I had this ornament of my grand daughter made for my son and his wife. As soon as she opeened it, she called to say that she loves it and that it is very special. It was easy to make and looked beautiful when I reviewed it.

Wonderful quality. Very happy with it!

This was a perfect size even for my 9 foot tree. The printing on this was great. The picture looked amazing. I really loved this ornament.

This is a beautiful way to capture a loved one ... wanted to capture my first great-grandbaby who was born on Christmas Day. Great quality! Will be ordering again.

The quality of product was good. I was just disappointed the picture was not centered. I have ordered before and will again.

Beautiful ornament and exactly what i ordered.

Very pleased with how it turned out!

for the quality of this ornament, you would expect it to be 4 times the price it was. I was so pleased with how it turned out for my son's first Christmas.

This was a beautiful keepsake for my daughter and her baby's first christmas! Quality products for this website!

I ordered this for my daughter and was going to give it to her at Christmas, but after seeing it I had to give it to her right away! It beautiful and the quality is great. My daughter cried when she saw it! It’s definitely a keepsake that will forever be cherished of my sweet little granddaughter! Thank you!

We bought this as a surprise early gift for our daughter and future son in law. Their eyes lit up when they saw their first child’s beautiful picture with her name and year on an ornament! It makes the perfect gift!!

While I love the size and the general look, I'm a little disappointed. I thought it would have a glossy/protective finish. It does not. In fact it feels/looks like it will be scratched and essentially ruined rather easily. I wish I had chosen something else for my daughter's first ornament.

Magical and beautifully made.

I chose this ornament for the shape, size and ability to personalize. The photo quality is high and the couple will love it. It was used as a First Christmas.

This ornament turned out perfect! I couldn’t be more pleased.

I absolutely loved my custom ornament that I had made for my daughter's 1st Christmas. The prince was reasonable and the shipping was fast! The only thing I wish I could change, was the option to select glossy in this particular style of ornament. The matte seemed a little too light, but I still love it and will be ordering more next holiday!

I absolutely love the ornament. It is for my very first grandson. It’s beautiful done. Great qualit. Would definitely buy again.

I had to reorder this ornament because of my error, however I was not please with the way the verbiage was spaced out on 2nd order. The year was to be on line 2 all by itself and it wasn't centered properly, lettering was up to high blending in with my grand daughters coat. I think your company should be able to space and center these ornaments a little better and that goes for the hole for tie as well, it's in the middle of my grand daughters head. I've order many times in the past with no issues.

I ordered three of these ornaments as gifts. My one suggestion is to position your photo so the hole at the top is not over the face of an individual. Pull the face down in the space as much as possible before completing the order; otherwise, the hole for the ribbon will be in the middle of the forehead. Fortunately I was able to position my photos per my liking. It is fun to be able to use two separate photos for one ornament. Happy shopping!

I am so please with this ornament....it is BEAUTIFUL. Thank you so much. Wonderful products!

i ordered Christmas ornaments with pictures of new baby in family for the parents and for grandma. They turned out great and I was able to give a gift that will last forever. They were exactly what I ordered and arrived within days. The only problems I had with them is I created them on my phone and trying to crop them was a little difficult. The using the expander feature on my phone. I plan to keep up the tradition of an ornament as the baby grows up so he has a collection as he gets older.

I love using this company and website. It’s user friendly, affordable pricing and I am always pleased with the outcome. I love the ornament I ordered and it looks even better after I hung it on our tree. Another perfect purchase.

Love it! Great quality.

This ornament is beautiful. The picture of my grandson was crisp and clear. Well done.

I ordered a double sided ornament for my grandson's 1st Christmas. It turned out great; quality amd price is excellent.pictures were clear and came in a very nice velvet bag. It also arrived quickly. I will definitely be ordering again, especially ornaments, as I plan to make this a tradition.

I ordered four of these as gifts to family members on the first Christmas without a beloved aunt. It was easy to design and arrived within a few days of ordering. Picture quality is excellent! I would definitely order more in the future.

Pictures on both sides are very clear, the ornament is durable and very attractive

The ornament is great quality. The picture has great clarity. I get so many compliments on it. Thank you. I have already purchased from this company again.

I have been a customer with PM for years now. Never a return, never a complaint. Always a quality product. This year I ordered 4 of these ornaments. Again Product itself great quality. Two were absolutely Perfect. The other 2, 1 problem. When placing the back photo on this front and back set, the hole in the ornament went through my sons eye. Customer Service agreed this was unclear in the preview, (looked like it was through cheek which was ok with me). Had it have been clear to see how disturbing it looked I would have made changes. When I called I was given a number for resolution. I did not ask for credit or refund, I asked if the back photo could be reset on 1 new ornament as the front was great. Instead I have a credit, and was told I should have seen the issue in the preview, and with time running out I was told to re-order with the credit issued use another photo. My hope was that they would reproduce one of the 2 of this set of ornaments just re-setting the back photo. That is all I wanted so that I could give the 1 ornament to my son for Christmas. I cant use another picture as this is the best for the years gift theme. This is a great company to buy from. You should correct this issue so that it doesn't happen to others and cause you to lose customers and customer faith.

This turned out nice and as expected. Pictures were clear and my sister loved it.

I ordered two personalized ornaments and am very pleased with both the craftsmanship and speedy delivery! They both are beautiful and will def make their recipients happy. It also has a pretty felt pouch to store it in and I bought the gift box as well.

Bought this for my new grandson for Christmas. Love the 2-sided design, as I put his birthdate on one side with an early picture of him, and added a current picture for the 1st Christmas 2018 side.
