My mom's 13 yr old dog had to be put down unexpectedly. I have ordered 2 of these in the past and absolutely love them. So, I decided what a great way to honor my mom's dog for her. When I brought it to her and presented it, she cried. They were good tears. She couldn't believe how beautiful this pet urn turned out. The quality of the product is worth the money. The best part is being able to choose a picture. The delivery was fast also. Less than a week. Thank you Personalization Mall for yet another awesome product!!!

this product is top notch. the picture of the pet is a tile which will never fade or show ware. the box is very good hard wood. just love it.

Had to figure out that you have to unscrew the bottom in order to
put our pets ashes in then screw it back on. Otherwise very pleased with it

Recently purchased my third box. It makes Memorializing our cats an elegant touch. High quality and photo quality is excellent. Don't try to open the box at the top, it unscrews from the bottom to open.

This urn was exactly what I was looking for. I wanted something small that could hold my dogs ashes and a lock of her hair. I love that I was able to put her picture on it too. This fits perfectly on my mantle. Would definitely recommend!

I cannot recommend this product enough. I ordered it on a Thursday and received it in the mail the following Tuesday. The quality of this item was exceptional. The loss of a pet is never easy but having this beautiful urn as their final resting place brings much comfort.
