This is the perfect way to memorialize your four legged baby. The craftsmanship is seamless. I did have a little trouble opening as the screws were in tight, but it did open and all is well.

The item was more then expected....I Love it!

I received this box is a timely fashion, however, the picture on top was very dark (unlike the photo I confirmed). I reached out to personalization mall and was greeted by a wonderful staff member who quickly resolved the problem and sent me a new memorial box with a brighter pic which holds my precious dogs ashes. Looks beautiful.

This was such a heartbreaking event for us losing our little Penny. We wanted her ashes to be kept in something beautiful. This box with her picture and name on it was perfect. The craftmanship is outstanding. I am so glad we purchased this beautiful box for her.

I ordered this item for a friend who recently lost their pet. It came in about 6 days after I ordered it and it is so nice.

Very nice. Only reason not 5 stars is the base is “out of wack” a bit when screwed on. But otherwise very nice

I received the urn ; photo was okay . But; to unscrew we had a hard time it seemed like screws went round and round. When we finally got the screws out and to put back together it’s hard to line up the holes that I’m not even using the urn box with photo of Frankie Sue. My baby I had to put down on 4/2/2021 Good Friday. So; I’ll look for another urn that opens up easily. IfI knew this before it would of stayed . Also; the inside is very small and my cat by time of death was only weighing 7 pounds.I was wrong when I thought her remains would fit. If you didn’t get it get a cat or a dog no they won’t fit nice in this box . Now if your pet was a bird ; a small snake ; a frog it will good. Correction maybe a very small dog under 7 pounds. I would not get this if you’re thinking about it.

Item is nice, I should of just read a little better because it is a very small box. Did arrive with a small scratch on the photo as well.

This urn was as described, it’s a solid wooden box that fit my pets ashes. It was so easy to unscrew the back and place the ashes. The photo was reproduced perfectly. I was so delighted with this purchase and would recommend this purchase.

This was given as a gift to my brother who recently lost his best friend. The box is absolutely beautiful, however it was really small. We had to split his dogs ashes into two smaller bags due to only half being able to fit inside the box. This was not something we were prepared to do after recently losing his dog.

This is a beautiful box did not put my beloveds ashes in it as it has square screws in the bottom and I can not open it I have to bring it to hardware store to find a square screwdriver this made it so difficult
