If I could change anything it would be the method of delivery. The delivery normally ships by UPS or FedEx. However, it is delivered by USPS who typically doesn't use the same care and caution. Because we pay for delivery (which can sometimes be pretty costly) I wish there was a way to have the packages stay with the same courier service.
