Coffee cup I really like it the only thing is some of the writing was a bit faded but overall it looked really nice

pretty good for what you pay I ordered 2 mugs and one looks amazing and on one the writing looks kinda almost smeared which is fine because I am not picky but it is definitely something to consider

 Disappointed I received 4 mugs for Christmas (paid extra shipping costs to receive in time). The mugs were poor looking. One was broken from being poorly packaged. The other 3 mugs had smeared paint ink from the photos and marks all over them. I contacted Personalization Mall as soon as I received the mugs to have the issues corrected. I wasn’t contacted for 24 hours, by that time it was too late to received corrected mugs for Christmas. Very poor customer service as well as product.

Gift came broken can't reach customer service By Shopper (Buffalo, MN) - December 20, 2020 My order just arrived, but the mug was completely broken. I paid extra for shipping to get it here in time for Christmas and it was broken. I am so disappointed. I have ordered multiple times and have never had an issue but the mug came in a small box and there was no wrapping around it. I tried to call and reach customer service but they are shut down for the day. I am still going to reach out to customer service and will update review when I hear back.
