Beautiful except one thing I love the idea of the clear glass ornaments for occasions and that they can be sent directly to the recipient. There is one thing that takes away from the gift and that is the "made in China" sticker on it. You order a beautiful, elegant ornament and it looks tacky with the sticker. When I've received the ornament first and been able to remove the sticker it makes a big difference in appearance.

Engraved Ornament I ordered 9 and 5 of them didnt come with the ribbon. The engraving turned our good except one had some scuffs on it. Overall for the price it was pretty good quality.

Lovely tribute, nice to buy as a gift. This was very pretty, and very light weight so would be good on any tree or display stand. The wording is a little faint, but not unexpected as it is white on clear. I would recommend it, and the price (on sale!) was very affordable.

Elegant memorial The ornament is a tasteful memorial to receive after the loss of a dear one. A few small details kept me from giving a 5 star: The ornament was thicker than I thought it would be.I had to clean the sides of the ornament since it had a white residue on each side. The personalization was too small, making it harder to read. I am pleased,although, because of the ease of ordering and the promptness of receiving the order.

Better These ornaments have more words so they don't look as off centered as the others. I am good with these.

Nice Ornament The ornament is plastic and comes in a velvet bag with a string you will need to tie onto the ornament to hang. I purchased this as a memory gift for a lady in my church who lost her husband earlier this year. I didn’t expect it to be plastic (can’t remember if I read the full product details). The writing and designs are on the back and you look at them tough the ornament. Writing doesn’t look quite as good as it did in the picture, but not terrible. Overall a nice gift. Shipped very quickly.

Memorial Ornament The ornament is beautiful but it is very fragile. When I received my order two of them were broke so I called right away. The customer service was excellent and they sent me replacements right away for the two broken ornaments. They were very helpful. I only wish that the glass was thicker on the ornament so they would not break so easily. I gave each of my brothers one to remember our parents and one of theirs just broke so I now have to reorder a new one. I do have one suggestion, when these ornaments are shipped they should be shipped with bubble wrap around the ornament itself and in a box instead of in an envelope.

Too small personalization font. Loved the message on this ornament. Thought the name and date I added would have been larger. Can’t hardly see it. Might want to think about using a larger or bolder font.

Pretty item, poor personalization By Shopper (Glen Burnie, MD) - October 30, 2023 I was very excited about this ornament based on photo on website, but was rather disappointed in the personalization--I had only 5 letters in the name & it was engraved so tiny, it is almost unreadable--date is 9 digits with hyphen & Name certainly could have been larger! This item shown on website showed a much longer name that fit on the ornament, but my engraving is VERY small.

Indeterminate By Shopper (Willingboro, NJ) - March 8, 2022 I appreciate the words on the Christmas Ornaments, but I assumed my late son's name would be engraved on the ornament not just taped to it. A confirmation email to verify that the product was purchased and would be delivered would help to avoid any discrepancies to ensure that the transaction was complete. I would like to place an order in the future because I like the products and the sentiments but next time I'll be more cautious when ordering.

Beautiful Memorial Ornament But Lacking Quality, Polished Edges I loved the words and design of this memorial ornament and have overall had great luck with other products from this site. However, I was a bit disappointed to find that the white engraving carried over onto the edges and was shipped to me like this. The edges were supposed to be clear and polished but instead looked sloppy with the excess from the personalized message and could have been more polished. Despite having to clean the edges, this was still a beautiful gift.

Disappointed in engraving The memorial tear drop is beautiful and the saying meaningful. I was just disappointed that the engraving was faint and difficult to see, wish it had been more bold.

Too thick-looks bulky I’ve ordered many glass ornaments from personalizationmall.com and have loved them, but this particular item offered a different glass option. Although it would make it less likely to break I find it bulky and not as nice looking as the regular glass ornaments I’ve ordered in the past. Wish I would have just chosen the regular option.

Separate the names better I love it, but the middle intinal was to close to my sons first name. It looks like it is a part of his first name.

Print was offset and not centered at all I didn’t contact the company - the item was inexpensive so I didn’t bother. But does anyone LOOK at the item when it’s done before it’s sent out? I didn’t gift the item like intended. I threw it out. Waste of money and time. My bad for the bad follow up.

Nice sentiment, but... By Shopper (Westport, CT) - January 6, 2021 I purchased two of these to give as gifts to my siblings to memorialize our brother who passed away this year. I was disappointed in the quality --- glass was thin and ornament was smaller than I thought it would be. It was too chintzy to give as a standalone gift, so I will just give it to them when I see them on a non-occasion. I wish I spent the extra $ and bought the larger, thicker one.

Slightly small font please... By Shopper (Granada Hills, CA) - December 12, 2020 The font size on the teardrop on line appeared to be a smaller. The etching of the word FOREVER on the (2) teardrop ornaments ordered appears to be running off the edge of the ornament. The outcome does not look like what was pictured below. I would return, but it is too close to Christmas at this point. This is the second time I have ordered something where the outcome did not meet my expectations. I am very disappointed that I have to give it to the recipients this way in memory of their fathers passing.

Mostly okay Product seem to take awhile to arrive. It did not come with a clip or string to hang on the tree. Product is nice.
