I bought 2 of the Our Family Tree ornaments. They arrived safely and personalization is perfect and can't wait to give to our sons' families before Christmas (our tradition so that they can have it on their tree throughout the entire holiday season). Have bought here many years and do definitely miss the velveteen bag as it has become associated in my mind with the site.

I buy personalized Christmas ornaments for family every year. These trees are adorable, and I got them on sale! Always a plus! They arrived in time to go with us on our fall trip to family in Florida. I tried ordering from a different company last year and was very disappointed. Glad I came back.

I love the ornament however very disappointed with the fact it didn't come with a bag. I've ordered over the past 10 years and every year each ornament was shipped with a bag to store it in and this year there wasn't one.

The script on the item is very legible. Great quality in every way!

I was pleasantly surprised how beautiful this ornament is!!! Though it didn't arrive in time for me to gift it to my niece while she was here with her kids, I'll get to enjoy it until I see her in a few more months.

Cute tree, looks exactly as pictured

It is SO adorable! It’s smaller than I expected but that’s not a bad thing because it’s not too small. That means it’s not so heavy that I have to worry about it falling off of the tree easily! It’s detailed and has been with great quality. I will continue to get my yearly family ornaments from this site.
