The only thing I think could use some fixing is the names are not centered correctly

Wish it was possible to sort the names. A little smaller than expected but very cute ornament!

I gave this a 4 because one of the names was not straight and slanted off the ribbon.
But was cute.

I think my cousins will love this ornament. It is so cute. Had to send one back because it was damaged but they send a free replacement.

The tree is very nice, just wish the lettering was a bit larger on the bands. Maybe the tree would have to be made a little bigger to accommodate larger lettering. The bands across the tree are silver although they look white in the sample. The tree still looks great!

Was pleased with the ornament although it was a little smaller than I had hoped. It was my fault for not reading the measurements a little closer. Family member seemed pleased with it!

My only complaint would be that the names on the ornament were a little blurry . Otherwise good quality ornament.

This is a very pretty ornament that I will give one of my families Christmas 2020. I give it a 4 because of the size. I guess I didn’t thoroughly read the dimensions. It would be much better looking if it were a little larger.

I love it! However, I wish it were bigger, the current size makes the personalization hard to read

I am very please with my ornament. Only problem the first one I received had a chip at the bottom. But, the second was just fine.

I ordered three of these items and had trouble with the delivery of the package. The company was very accommodating to get me a new order in time for our Christmas. My family was very pleased.

Every year we get a personalized family ornament..kids love to put it on and remember years passed. It's hard to find ones that fit 7 names. Love that we could fit all 7 of us on the tree by putting "mom & dad" as the "first name"
Good quality but one of the names got a slight smear shadow around it. Still happy I got it

I was a little disappointed at this when I got it. I LOVED the ornament but the engraving could have been better. The year wasn't centered. It was to high up. And the first name could have been clearer. It is a gift but I chose not to send it back as it was something little. I don't think I will be ordering anything again though. Last year I did have to send something back This is second yr not satisfied. It's a
shame because first year I was so happy and satisfied

Quality is great, just like other ornaments I’ve purchased, but ornament is too small. Names are hard to read.

I ordered 8 of these, all different. 7 of the 8 were perfect. 1 was very poorly aligned. Nice size, not too heavy. Personalization Mall usually has great customer service. We have been using them for years so I expect they will make the 1 boo-boo right!

It is a very nice ornament but the star was broken off of it when it arrived. Not sure if it was just mine or a flaw in design.

Some of the names were on the tree, in the green and unreadable. Very disappointed because I normally love their stuff

Very cute ornament but mine came with a glitter smudge that was pretty noticeable. A little disappointing

Service was great; ordering was easy. Only disappointing factor was print so small could hardly read the names. A little overpriced.

Be sure to read the entire item description before ordering this product! It is awful compared with other Personalization Mall items. After several years buying dozens of elegant porcelain and wooden Christmas ornaments from this company, I regretably neglected to read the item description for my most recent purchase. It does, indeed, say made of resin. These resin ornaments look cheap. I am surprised that a company that makes so many stunning items would offer such a comparably inferior product. Giving two stars only because you did warn me it was resin, not porcelain.

When I received the ornament the sparkles (ornaments on the tree) were faded. I thought they would shine more. Also the names looked smudged a bit. Again not the best I’ve seen, but not the worst..... it was just ok.
