Being honest, I received this ornament and was not happy. You could see and feel circular lines in product. I have ordered my ornaments from Pmall.com for over 15 years and have NEVER had a bad one. I reached out to their customer service sending pics and let them know about the issue and they remade them and shipped them to me in less than a week! I am very impressed with their customer service and not only continue to buy from there personally but I will continue to recommend to others.

As always, this ornament arrived quickly and hassle-free! It is the perfect reminder of a special event they will cherish year after year. The photo came out great and I know the recipients will love it!

I ordered this ornament for Christmas...and to my dismay, it was flawed. I have always been happy with everything I have ever bought from here so I immediately contacted Personalization Mall by email. I described the issue and indicated that I was not happy. It was needed for Christmas, only 6 days away. I got an email at 3 am telling me that another one was coming in the mail special delivery. I received it the next day and it was perfect!! I have never had such excellent customer service. I will absolutely use them again.

I was very pleased with the ornament I ordered. The ornament was a nice solid ceramic with a glossy finish. It came in a beautiful bag to help protect it when packing away after each season. I used a picture I took with my Samsung Note 9 and the picture quality printed was exactly as it appeared when I placed the order, that exceeded my expectations! I plan to order from this company next year for ornaments. Item also arrived on time (Christmas Eve), so busiest day and I still got on time!

For the past several years I've been purchasing these ornaments for real estate clients who purchased their home in current year. My clients love them. Wonderful way to end the year and be a part of their family tradition year after year. This one is particularly special as I was blessed to be able to assist my client set up the proposal to his girlfriend the week before Christmas. He sent me this picture once she said yes and I was able to capture a life long memory for them by placing it on this ornament.
