I absolutely love this ornament! The only criticism I could make was The picture wasnt super clear but I wasn’t disappointed at all; The price was wonderful & it was just a pic from a smart phone so it may have been due to that. So over all 5 stars for sure! Great price for such a sweet personal ornament to cherish for ever... hopefully for life ( btw I did drop this hanging it on the tree and I was terrified to look down thinking it had to have broke, nope. Perfect. So again. Great quality )

Customer service great - I realized I had made a very small mistake in the personalization details and I immediately emailed them and they changed it for me. When I recieved it, it was lovely. Came out exactly as I imagined, great quality, and my fiance loved it! Definately gonna treasure it for years to come.

Gloss finished on ornament was not expected, but a great surprise! Picture quality even zoomed in during editing turned out very great quality. Do not hesitate purchasing.
