This is a perfect rememberence of a special occasion. It turned out very nice.

The only reason I don’t give it 5 stars is because the photo I chose was a little blurry- which was my fault! But it was a great gift & a great price!!

I ordered this as a gift for a recently engaged couple and it came out very nicely. The personalization made it a little more special in my opinion.

My friends loved the gift even though it didn't look just right. There was a very small section of their picture that hadn't been put on correctly and seemed to have either rubbed off or just wasn't there in the first place, but otherwise it was lovely.

Bought it for a co worker who got engaged this year. I think she’ll live it. Photo was a tad bit dark.

Nice ornament, but my picture came smashed a bit, short but wide

The ornament is super cute and looks like the picture online. The photo is a little blurry but I feel like the gloss may have made it blurry? It also could have been because I just used an iPhone photo but it didn’t appear blurry on my order or I would have chosen another one. Overall I enjoy the product!

Although the picture was a bit dark on the ornament, it was a beautiful reminder of their engagement day for their Christmas tree. I ordered 3, one for them, and also one for his parents as well as for our tree. It was delivered promptly as promised.

Great product but never for a ribbon to hang it? Which it said it was included?

I LOVE ALL ITEMS I HAVE PURCHASED FROM P.M. I WOULD HAVE GIVEN THESE A 5 EXCEPT THE DATE 19 ALMOST RAN OFF EDGE OF ORNAMENT. MAYBE THE MACHINE THAT ENGRAVES THESE COULDN'T MOVE OVER FURTHER. ITEMS WERE PERFECT OTHERWISE AND PERSONALIZATION REPS HAVE ALWAYS HELPED SOLVE ANY PROBLEM I HAVE HAD BUT THESE ITEMS I NEEDED IMMEDIATELY FOR ENGAGEMENT PARTIES.

The ornament is beautiful. The reason I gave it. 4 was because when you hang it up on a tree the picture is slanted. Not straight like in the picture shown reason the hole where the string goes through is on the diamond, not the star.

I was actually pretty happy with this purchase. The ornament was a good size and had a nice weight to it. Printing was nice and sharp. Only minor complaint is that the photo was a little fuzzy. But for the price and the speed with which it was made and delivered it was a good purchase.

This came out great except for the December written next tho their names! They will love it !

The product was very nice.

It is a beautifully made ornament and the picture and printing crisp and clear. Took off one star because there was some red color bleed on the edge of the first one. Of course Personalization Mall offered to re-do and the second one had lighter bleed on the edge. It wasn't as noticeable and there wasn't time for another re-do so they offered to apply a credit to my account.

This ornament came out great and seems to be great quality. 4 stars instead of 5 because it’s a little heavy for tree and the ribbon it came with to hang it is silver when there is gold on the ornament so gold or white tulle would be better.

I love Personalization Mall (PM). Always such great gift ideas. I've spent several hundred on personalized gifts at PM this year -- a good portion of my Christmas shopping.
I would give them 5 stars but getting photos to fit properly is quite frustrating. Other places where I've purchased personalized gifts has been less difficult and the company did the photoshopping for you. They adjusted the picture to fit for you. Because I'm not a photoshop person, there have been some gifts i gave up on.

Overall, very happy with my ornament. Only negative thing I have to say is, my photo came out a bit blurry and very bright. Otherwise, its perfect.

I was not pleased. The picture seems off center and there was no ornament hanger included .

This was a gift for our recently engaged son. He suggested that I not get one of these type ornaments again, as it looks off color. Yellowish ??. Loved the idea.

The picture came out terribly crooked it does not look like the preview at all. In the preview you can see her hair on the left side I’ve never had a problem with anything else I’ve ordered

I ordered 3 of these as gifts this holiday season and by mistake this one wasn't glossy. It's still a nice ornament, but the other two that are glossy look and feel nicer.

The ornament was a nice size and had a beautiful gloss on it. However, the photo appeared very blurry, which made the smaller details (like the ring) hard to see. I checked the quality of the photo I submitted, and it seemed like a high quality image so I'm not sure why the photo on the ornament is so blurry.

The ceramic ornament is nice, but my picture is blurry. I sent a crisp photo and the photo review showed as such. Disappointed in quality of photo. Tried to call customer service and kept getting put on hold for over an hour.

It’s an adorable product, but the picture came out so much darker and blurrier than the original photo.

It's a cute ornament. I love the idea of it and was excited to use it as an engagement gift. The quality is ok. It's a little fuzzier than other things I've ordered from this site.

Cute idea but text is not as crisp as I expected. Also I wish I had paid more attention to font used for He asked, I don’t care for the H. Hope they like it, but I wouldn’t order again.

I am a big fan of this website’s products & am a repeat customer. I ordered multiple ornaments in different sizes, materials, and finishes. I was very pleased with the final products in the wood and glossy options. However, the matte option ended up looking unfinished and unclear. I had planned to gift it, but may reorder another in glossy instead because it did not come out looking as good quality as I was hoping. It is definitely worth it to pay the extra for the glossy.

I love this ornament it’s absolutely adorable although the colors and picture is not as bright as I had hoped it would be. That being said it’s still a great way to memorialize our proposal!

Thought I ordered in glossy, but looking back the larger one didn’t come in glossy, did not care for it in matte.
