I think the idea of this ornament is fantastic. However, when the ornament arrived, the picture was very dark compared to the image I sent. They agreed to redo it, and I even sent a lightened picture, but it was still kind of dark. The picture I sent was of my son down on his knee proposing. I would suggest maybe just using a closer up shot of the couple for a chance at a better picture quality.

The ornament is lovely but the only problem is when the put the hole in to hold the ribbon, they placed the hole right into the subjects eye. I feel they could of moved it over just a bit then the ornament would be perfect

I was pleased with the ornament, however, the ribbon was not included and when looking at the description the ribbon was supposed to be included - I feel the ornament is not complete without the ribbon - a little disappointed about that

I won’t be able to present this to my daughter and her fiance as planned, but will have a laugh over it with them when I show how it turned out. Admittedly she is a perfectionist and it may be acceptable for someone else. I am hoping they will still slip it on the back of the tree for sentimental reasons. I still owe them an ornament.

I was very excited about this ornament since it had the option to add a picture and the preview photo looked great, however, when it arrived the picture quality was terrible and very blurry. Gave 2 stars because the front looked good, but the picture is awful. Picture was taken on a new phone so I can't imagine the image quality would've been THAT blurry. Oh well.. I guess I don't really have any choice but to keep it.

The weight of the ornament was good and the text side was as expected but the photo was not, Too dark and not as shown in the preview; disappointing.

I loved the design and size of this ornament, but was very disappointed with the "matte" finish. It just didn't seem as pretty as other ornaments I've ordered before and I think because of the finish, the picture wasn't as clear and bright as it should have been.

When I saw this on the website I thought it was super cute since I just got engaged in September. So I put in my info and picture (which I made sure was high quality) and proceeded to check out! Paid with my card, fast shipping I give them that. But when I received my ornament, I was extremely disappointed and dissatisfied! The picture is very light and very faded you can barely see it, and the engraving on the other side can not read the writing at all.

I usually have success with this site however when it showed me a preview of the photo it was clear and perfect. So i said ok and ordered it. When i received the item it was so bright and half not noricable in photo. Disappointed!!!

It arrived broken in two, but a replacement has already been shipped. I think had it been better packed and then shipped in a box rather than a flimsy paper envelope, it would have arrived unbroken.

color is off white, should be bright white, print is blurry, picture is blurry, disappointed in quality.

I bought this same ornament as a gift last year for a couple and decided to buy it again for another couple this year since I loved it so much. However, I was very disappointed when it arrived. The coloring of the photo was off. Also the ornament was not completely white. There is a weird black/yellowish around the entire edge. This was not the case last year. I am contemplating not even giving it to the couple.

The quality of this ornament is nothing like the picture. Looks smeared and dull.
