Smells lovely, looks adorable, adds a nice touch to spa night. My only issue was the candle burns a big hole in the middle and doesn't use the sides making it hard to light as it went along.

I gave this as a gift. The picture came out great and she loved the look. However, she said that the smell of the eucalyptus spa is not good at all and she normally likes anything eucalyptus. I guess it will last a long time since she won’t burn it. It’s hard picking a smell online.

Picture, font, and size of product are great.

The candle itself was well made with a nice scent but the picture was blurred

The candle smelled really good and the picture came out great but the candle was way smaller than I imagine and it didn’t come with a real lid.

Pro: the vanilla scent is nice.
Cons: doesnt come with a glass lid. It has a plastic circle cover. Shouldnt have expected much more than I got. The photo is just a cheap sticker you could probably print on photo paper and glue on the side of a pre.made candle at Ross or something.

I was expecting a little better of quality. If the candle is turned sideways or upside down, you can hear the wax move. There is also not a proper lid, it is just a thin plastic cover. The smell of the cinnamon spice candle is only just okay, as I can definitely smell more of a plain wax smell than the actual scent. However, the photo and lettering are printed well. I wouldn’t say to not purchase, but just don’t expect super great quality.

Candle came with correct personalization.

I was pretty disappointed with this candle. It looked like all the did was slap a sticker on the candle, it didn't look professional. I was expecting the quality to be a lot nicer. I still gave it as a gift but overall wasn't impressed with it.

The candle wasn't made good. There were air pockets all around the jar. The label was ok. Nothing special. Not too happy with my order.

I ordered 2 of these custom candles and was very excited about them. Both items arrived with cracked glass. The company did refund me for one of the items after I spoke to someone which I was grateful for but I really wanted these for gifts. The reason they gave me a refund was because they were sold out and it was disappointing because I was back at square one with not having a gift. The candle itself was Black Cherry and was overpowering and did NOT smell good. The picture and customization did come out very well so I am sad I cannot use them as gifts. The candle was also delivered ice cold and so it looked like a melted crayon upon arrival. It had not wrapping or support to keep it from the cold weather and in tact and clearly to keep it from breaking. I did not even bother to contact the company regarding the second candle as I noticed that one was cracked too after already calling about the first one. Definitely disappointed.

Smell is not at all strong . It smells more like wax not like scented candle . I m disappointed as I bulk order this for Wedding.
