 Dolly was darlingBy Shopper  (Holt, MI) - February 3, 2023 Loved the dolly and she was just as expected. Was shocked at the shipping. She arrived stuffed in my mailbox in a plastic bag. It is a gift, so I don't have a box to wrap and I can only imagine how much smashing she got enroute.

The white thread doesn’t show up well. Should have chosen a different color but I couldn’t find a good matching one.

Cute doll, poor packaging The doll is precious,the personalization was perfect.I ordered 2 as gifts for 2 upcoming birthdays.I’m giving 4 stars because of the packaging.The dolls were both squeezed into a bag together and when I opened that bag they were each squeezed into smaller plastic bags that were torn and had big stickers on them. I wish those bags had been nicer so I could wrap them in that to keep them clean until the gift was open.If you’re giving as gifts,you may need to get a box/new bag before wrapping.

My First Dolly I ordered this doll for my granddaughter for Christmas. Everything is as listed in item description with exception of a small hole/tear in the material on one of the dolls feet. I don’t have the money or time to reorder the item. Hopefully this hole won’t get larger but I’m sure that’s wishful thinking since she is only 8 months old and the material is thin and stretchy.

Reconsider shipping cost By Shopper (Inverness, FL) - August 27, 2021 This doll is very cute and the embroidery was perfect. Delivery was quick as promised. My only issue is the cost of shipping which in my opinion was extremely high. I would have ordered a few more for gifts but I cannot pay $40 for a doll costing $29.99. It is a rag type doll that fits in a mailing envelope.

Happy and disapointed By Shopper (Corona, CA) - December 6, 2018 Bought this item for my 6 month old niece. The doll is perfect for a baby cause is soft and totally cute. I would have given this a five star but I was disappointed with the letter imprint. The dot on letter i is so close that it makes it look like an "l".

Not as expected In the picture, this doll looked like it was able to sit up and for lack of a better word, beefier. I was disappointed when I received it. It is very light weight and flat. I got it when it was on sale but even at the sale price, I don't think it was worth that. I've always been pleased with my purchases from Personalization Mall but not with this doll.
