The first frame I ordered came and the picture was not centered. I was planning to call customer service to find out what happened but before I could do that a second one showed up with the correction. Thank you for taking the initiative and fixing it. Its beautiful, my son loved it!

Though my son is grieving, he was so pleased to get this. The galvanized frame is well made. They were able to use a picture of her from my personal photo album that was easy to download. I purchased the frame for a 4x6 picture. Highly recommend.

I love how fast it came. I was so excited to receive it and remove from box. It's a great looking frame, however I don't like how the inside is constructed. You have to keep the cardboard that's inside or the back of the frame will collapse. I hope it holds up because like I said it's a very nice frame
