The frame had an imperfection on it when it arrived. I emailed Personalization Mall and received a response within 24 hours. My item was produced again and arrived within a week. It was perfect! Exactly as wanted!

We knew our son was getting engaged and when he finally proposed he sent a text with a picture saying She said Yes! This frame was perfect! While I had the frame sent directly to him, I did see it and it is perfect! Good quality frame and the picture I included looked great too! I was a little concerned that the pic would look grainy but it did not!

The frame arrived in perfect condition and was exactly what I ordered and wanted. My daughter and future son-in-law will love it. It came quickly too!!!
