Perfect size and so darling!

I knew from the reviews that this frame did not come with a glass view it was plastic, but I took a chance since it was such a cute saying on the frame. My newly engaged daughter said if I had not mentioned the plastic view she would not have noticed. She did not mind it was plastic and said that she loved the picture frame!! She was very pleased and I was happy.

Great gift for my daughter's engagement. When opened the back screws that hold the arm of the frame were loose and one was missing. Other than that, it was a nice gift.

The frame is adorable and well made. The only negative is that it comes with a thin piece of plastic over the picture instead of glass. I swapped it out for a piece of glass and it looks much better.

The frame itself is very cute. I wasn't impressed with the quality of the picture inside it though.

While the plastic is okay in front of the picture, I prefer glass. I did not realize it wasn’t glass before ordering.
I would suggest the frame be wrapped before placing in box as mine was damaged.

I ordered this gift before for another friend. The only thing I regret to pay an extra $4 to print the picture when I thought I was paying for an engraved-style picture. I love the quality of the wood as well.

We really like the quality of this product. I feel like I could have ordered the picture myself with better quality. I was very shocked with $75 international delivery fee and I wish it wasn't that expensive to give it a try.

This is a nice frame to give to a newly engaged couple. I was a little disappointed in the quality of the picture. It was a little grainy! But the message on the bottom was perfect!

I would have given it a 5 star but where you put the picture it's a light plastic instead of glass.

I thought this picture frame was really cute and rustic which fit the theme of my neice's engagement party. I was disappointed it came chipped in upper right hand corner of the frame. However, I called PM and they rectified the situation right away and sent me a new one in time for the engagement party. I was very pleased about their response time. Thank u PM!

I’m liking the frame. It turned out nice. But I was expecting glass and not plastic to cover my picture. I took a glass out of another frame and exchanged it out.

It’s a very pretty frame the only complaint I have is they put the picture in it but they don’t have glass in it it’s a piece of plastic. So I had to replace the glass it is very hard to find one to fit the hole that they had cut out. Other than that it’s a very pretty frame.

Finished product was exactly how it was presented. It was easy to order online. The photo I sent was set perfectly in the frame. Overall good value for the price. I would have given 4-1/2 starts but didn’t have that option in the drop down. I did not give 5 stars because it was not super high quality but I was not paying for that type of product. Quality I receive just as nice as any Hobby Lobby frame only personalized. Lettering on frame was great. I would order from here again.

The engagement frame is really exceptional. My only negative is that it does not come with glass insert. It is a plastic-like insert which takes away from the look of the engagement picture. This is the second one I purchased as an engagement gift. Wish there was a way to substitute and put in real glass. Otherwise a great gift.

I bought this item as a gift for a special couple, (so they could have something to always remember the date they got engaged), and they loved it!

The frame is pretty but the quality of the photo print wasn’t great. There are some marks on it and it’s not as clear as the original photo.

Lives this so much. It is so pretty and elegant to gift for friends. My only disappointment is that the picture opening was not glass, it’s a thin sheet of plastic.

Needed an engagement gift and this is perfect. I did put my own picture in it which was less than the $2 they asked for. But I like the frame.

I needed a gift at the last minute (3 days notice) and was able to order and receive this beautiful gift engraved and with included photo in 3 days! It was so appreciated by my grandson and his fiancé and everyone at their engagement party were very impressed with it. My only complaint was a white dot appearing on the photo that shouldn't have been there..... but they will trade it out for one from the actual engagement day. Awesome gift - amazing rapid service!!
