I really liked the frames I purchased. Would have liked the font at the top to be a little smaller.

The frame is perfect! I love it, the writing and pattern on the sides is beautiful, but then it's included with a crappy frosted plastic insert to "protect" the picture, but its frosted so it just dulls the photo. Not sure why they didn't put glass or a clear plexiglass insert. I'll be replacing the insert before gifting. Lovely frame though!

The frame itself is very nice and the engraving is well done. However, the back of the frame is too small and keeps falling out.

I guess I didn’t see there would be no glass. It’s just a clear piece of plastic. The quality of the engraving was fine, but the frame doesn’t hold together. I can’t show it as it was a gift before Christmas so I had to purchase another frame that had glass.

The frame itself and the engraving were absolutely great and just what I expected. However, totally disappointing and making the frame overall a poor choice is the fact the frame does not have PICTURE GLASS but instead a flimsy piece of plastic. I could not give this as a present without going out to purchase a 4 x 6 picture glass to replace the plastic. To bad, as otherwise I was happy with the purchase.

I love the real wood frame. The engraving looks great. I only gave 3 stars because the non glare glass is really a plastic piece. My other frame had glass so I expected the same. Still happy but not a 5 star item.

The product was beautiful online and the look of the product is nice. However, the quality of the product is lacking stability. There is only one secure tab on the back of the frame. Located at the bottom so the top of the backing of the frame is lose and pulls away from the frame. I had to tape it. Which should not have been necessary.

I didn’t order enough so I had to order one more after I received them. Most photos were in frame upside down. Not a huge deal but for what I paid I expected better attention to detail plus the frames aren’t of the highest quality

I bought this frame for my daughter’s college graduation. The frame itself is very nice. I was disappointed in the laser cut of the personalization. Instead of the writing being a little darkened so the personalization can be read, it blends into the wood which makes it hard to be seen.

This order took two weeks to deliver. Granted I purchased right before Christmas (12/22). I definitely didn’t think it would arrive before then, but two weeks is just unheard of. I spent $50 on this one photo and frame. It absolutely should not have taken longer than a week.

I ordered 8 frames on 3 shipments. All were beautiful but the 2 horizontal ones are defective. On 1 the type is not centered and the stripe which was pictured to go all the way across does not. Partial stripe on each side. Looks like the machine that does the laser cutting was not centered. On the 2nd horizontal frame one side of stripe is stained, and other side is not and neither side is as dark as the other frames with the same design. I did order a vertical and 2 horizontal frames with the same stripe. The vertical one is perfect but the 2 horizontal ones are defective. Frames do not match the picture on the review page at all. I will have to give them as a gift due to timing before Christmas with the hope that company will replace the 2 defective frames. All other frames I ordered were beautiful and perfect.

The back clasps do not slide in easily to hold a picture. Very disappointed

The clasp was broken on the back of the frame so of course after waiting for this ite for 2 weeks+ it’s not BROKEN. I WILL find somewhere else to place orders in the future

The frames are so cheaply made and an absolute rip off for the price. You don’t even get a glass insert: it’s a cheap flimsy piece of plastic that isn’t even clear so it makes the picture blurry. If these things were $5 that would still be a rip off so for $30 it’s absolute robbery. Do not waste your money!
