 Glass ornament reviewThis ornament is beautiful however, my product did not turn out like the preview. The last letter of the name I submitted was cut off so that is very disappointing. The last number of the date was also partially cut off.

Great Merchandise, But Slow Delivery I ordered 7 ornaments; 5 going to Memphis, TN and 2 going to Greenville, MS, and I paid the expedited rate. My cousins service was the 26th in Memphis and I wanted her family to receive them prior to the service. Her family in Memphis received theirs on time, but her family in Mississippi did not. May I have a refund on that delivery?

I gave 3 stars because of difficulty with the website (twice) and charged twice. Customer service was very helpful and corrected all errors in a reasonable time.

a little hard to read I was surprised that the words etching were on the back side of the heart. I like the message and sentiment, wish it was easier to read.

costly for the quality It seems to be made ok, wish it were thicker & that the engraving was darker but for the price of $4.99 it was ok but we are very disappointed in the NEW pricing method they are using. I purchased it for $4.99 on July 8th and tried to reorder 4 more of them today and they now advertise them for $16.99 regular price and on sale today for $13.99. That's triple the price to buy them now and they're certainly not the quality I would ever pay more than the $4.99 for. No thank you
