Although the idea of grandchildren’s name on the scarf, I did not like the material that it was made of I did not give it as a xmas present. It seemed very cheap and I was embarrassed to give it.

Material is a cheap piece of felt!!Length is good,spacing of names is great. I was going to order another one as a gift, but have definitely, changed my mind. Maybe in the future if a better material is used, I will reconsider.

I can't rate this item because even though it states I received it, the item I received was something totally different.I never got the scarves that I ordered. I'd rate the whole experience a zero but that's not an option.

Basically two long, imperfect, skinny rectangular pieces of felt slapdash sewn together. You can see the lining caught in the sewn edges because they don't meet up properly. The printed fabric came very stiff and because it said it was machine washable I tried to give it a quick hand wash and dry to soften it. Well, the fabric kept trying to crease in the middle, did so while in the dryer, and the dye wore off at the crease leaving a slightly faded line at the crease. Horrible.

I could see the potential behind this gift however the fabric is just a large piece of felt fabric with words printed on it. So disappointed didn't give it as a gift because it would be very rude and embarrassing

Very boring, just plain stiff fabric with nothing on edges of the scarf to make it look feminine. Very disappointed and feel it was too expensive for what I received.

I was very disappointed. The material wasn’t really a fleece. More like a felt. The 21 names of her grandchildren were nicely spaced, and it would have been a great scarf if it was a little softer . Feels cheap. I have ordered many products and was always pleased.

The scarf arrived with the wrong names on it I have tried to call multiple times and they are not excepting phone calls I have sent emails and I have not gotten a response unfortunately I don’t believe that I will get the correct product before Christmas and it was a Christmas gift. I will be exploring the options of a charge back at this point in time since I’ve had no contact or response to my request for help.

The scarf is thin and they put the sticker with the washing instructions on the front and it has left a discoloration. I am so disappointed.
