Very nice, but……This is a cute vibrant ornament. Woodland critters adorable. The one thing I felt it could improve would being able to have script at the bottom ex: family name and year. There is plenty of room. I didn’t pay close enough attention when ordering. It’s important to me to at least have a year on my gifted ornaments. I’ll now have to go elsewhere to have it added.

Soooo cute!!!! LOVE IT!!!The ONLY reason I rated it 4 stars instead of 5, is because I wish there was a way to add the year on the bottom sash part, instead of me having to fill it in with an art pen.

Cute family Christmas ornament I love the different animals on this ornament. Each animal is perfect for the family member I have put their name on. My only complaint is there is no year on this. There is a place for the year on the bottom, but it’s not an option on this ornament. I get one for them each year and this is the only one that won’t have the year.

Crooked NamesBy Shopper  (Falls Church, VA) - December 7, 2022 The quality is all there and it's an absolutely adorable ornament! I love the weight to it - it does not feel cheap. However, all of my family's name were engraved crooked onto the hats, the kids' being the worst and most obvious. It would've gotten 5 stars had it not been for that! It really bothers me when I see the ornament, but it's here, now.

First one came broken. Replacement has misaligned names.The animals are cute but it came broken with the tail missing from the deer. After sending photos to customer service they graciously sent a replacement. The replacement came and the names are misaligned and practically off the bears hat. This was the thing I was most excited about in my order and it is still doesn't look great.

Could be betterI often purchase personalized items, and I'm slightly disappointed by this one. The names weren't centered well. But mostly we didn't realize that this didn't have an option to add the year. We'll have to write it on ourselves. The ornament's design and quality are good.

Great ornament Great ornament, well made cant wait to give it as a gift. Only complaint is I wish it had the year on it. Going to write a personal note on the back with the year which may make it even more unique. Arrived very quickly

Family OrnamentI liked the ornament, however, I like to see the family name and year on the frot of the ornament. This one didn't have that.

It’s has a great quality about it and the colors are so pretty. My only complaint would be that I would have liked to be able to personalize the bottom of the ornament with the year on it. The names on the animals are perfect just need to personalize the bottom too. Other than that I love it.

Arrived brokenOrdered 2 ornaments. Despite the cost of shipping, both were just put in a bubble mailer together with a little bit of bubble wrapping between them. The bunny had a broken when it arrived.

Wonky NamesWe get a new family ornament every year. I love this ornament, but the names for the two top animals do seem lower and are partially on the animal instead of just the hat. Overall, still love ornament for my family but it does look a little wonky.

DisappointedIt is very good quality. However the names are not centered on the hat and one is almost not legible it is so far off the hat

It def was broken before they shipped it off bc the bunnies missing ear was not in the bag I received and while they were quick to refund me my money bc replacing it was not an option (I was told it was on back order so could only get a refund or credit) I believe there was a note in the item order bc the lady helping me said she could see it was broken and quickly corrected herself.

Names were printed awfulThe ornament was very cute.....however, the names are not straight and look awful...I will not give the ornament to my daughter the way it looks. Someone did not take time to look at it before shipping it. When you look at picture it shows names look great but they look awful on the actual product.

Terrible customer serviceBy Shopper  (Stafford, VA) - November 14, 2021 I made sure to order our yearly ornament early, as I know they sell out each year. My ornament arrived broken, and I contacted Customer Service about getting a new one sent out. I was asked to send pictures of the broken ornament, and was then told that a replacement would be sent out immediately. I waited almost 2 weeks and then contact cust. service again to follow up. I was then told that a refund was being issued to me because these ornaments are out of stock. If the replacement had been sent right away, like I was told, this would not have been an issue. It's clear that nobody did anything about my order until I emailed to follow up. Had I not sent a second email, I wouldn't have even received a refund. This is so frustrating, as I made sure to place my order in October to be sure I would get an ornament, and now I'm left with nothing. P. Mall dropped the ball on this one, and then stopped responding to my emails when I called them out on it.
