I ordered 3 ornaments from your company this year.

Over all, I was pleased with the ornament.

I think it would be nice if you had a short video showing the best layout of photos for your ornaments. I used a school photo of my granddaughter and had a hard time getting it to fit within the cropping frame. It wanted to place the hole of the ornament on her head and I wasn't able to include much of her body. Also, is there a way to choose a different color, size and style of font?

I wanted all 3 of my ornaments to be the same style and had a hard time locating the particular ornament style each time.
