 Great Customer Servicemy original order was lost at a major USPS sorting facility, this was no fault of PMall but they gladly gave me a refund and was sure to send my 2nd replacement order via FedEx priority to be certain my wife had this to open on Christmas day. She loved the fancy robe with her name embroidered on front. I'd recommend P Mall for any of your personalized items.

Great robe I normally don’t leave reviews, but I figured I should start because it honestly helps people get a decent understanding of the product. This is a nice robe. The material is very soft and it looks pretty good. It makes you feel like a king! I know that soundslike a stretch, but it’s soft on your skin and it looks pretty good. It has good color patterns and a decent weight and feel to it. I haven’t washed it yet. I’ve only owned it for about a week so far, but it is visually appealing.
