Very pretty and well made

Very cute and very quick service.

Bought three as Christmas gifts. I think I might have preferred not having the last name initial printed on the mug; just the first name.

So pleased with the 11 oz personalized mugs. After being burned by 2 other online purchases I am happy to say this company is honest. Honoring my coupon in addition to the already discounted Facebook price was a great start. I ordered 9 mugs on Sunday and they arrived 4 days later on Thursday. They were all in perfect condition in their own boxes and the personalization was just as I'd requested. GREAT COMPANY TO DEAL WITH!
