Employee Gifts We purchased these for our employees. I purchased 20+ mugs. All came exactly how I ordered them BUT the box looked awful upon arrival. I thought all would be broken. After opening the box and looking at each mug only 1 was broken. I am still giving this a 5star rating, Carl with customer service made replacing it so easy. I started a live chat and within 5 min a new mug is being sent to me.

Inserted a candy bag and filled it with holiday candies. Again, big hit. Mugs are large and sturdy. Really nice quality. They're packaged in their own little box, which makes gift wrapping a breeze. Definitely a good buy.

Love the hot chocolate mugs! I ordered personalized mugs for my 6 grandchildren and one for Papa too. The grandkids are 14, 12, 10, 7, 4, and 4. They will enjoy these on Christmas Eve as I will fill each mug with hot chocolate mix and marshmallows. Some of their names are spelled uniquely and I love the free personalization you offer. Christmas mugs Happy with the product. However, very disappointed with the packaging. One mug came with busted handle. I can only hope the rest don’t fall apart. The packaging for ceramic mugs was useless. No buffer what so ever for items that can easily break.
