I received exactly what I ordered, shipped quickly and packed very well for shipping. I'm looking forward to giving them.

Got my 10 cups, all different names, like in maybe a week total. All of them looked great and each were in nice induvial boxes.

Mugs arrived very quickly and in perfect condition. Out of 3 children, 2 of them have names that you don't usually find on "pre-made" items,so they really get a thrill out of anything with their names. Perfect for xmas hot chocolate.
