I ordered 2 for Christmas gifts and when they arrived, one was broken. I called customer service and several days later a new replacement arrived. I liked them so much, I ordered 7 more. They are really nice.

I saw these Christmas personalized coffee mugs were on sale and decided to give them a try based on other reviews. I ordered a total of 16 mugs so that I could gift one to each member of the family. And of course, I included a mug for myself. I inspected each mug before wrapping and they all turned out just perfect. I can't wait to give them to everyone at Christmas!

I love the cups. Just like the picture. The delivery was quick . I was disappointed that I was given a discount coupon to order again since this was my first order but the number would not work I was going to order more, but wasn’t given the discount so I didn’t order.

Because her name is not common it is difficult to find anything personalized. This mug is great, great quality. I cannot wait to see her expression when she see's her name on something!!
