This is my daughter's favorite mug, so when I accidentally broke it in the sink I knew I had to replace it. The experience of finding it online, personalizing it and paying for it was easy. The price was good (on sale) and shipping quick. My daughter is so happy to have it back. It is such a cute mug. It gets 4 stars because the handle broke off so easily in the sink.

Bought 10. Everyone gets their own item for our Christmas dinner table. Like that they're microwave and dishwasher safe.

I love the mugs, but when I opened the site it said that the price was $4.99 per mug. When I checked out each mug was $6.99. What happen?

These are not high-quality mugs, basic, however the personalization is exactly as it appears.

I bought five one for each of my grandchildren and while the quality of the mug and lettering is perfect the greenish/goldish color is quite drab and not to my liking. All in all they’ll like them.

we ordered 5 mugs for the family. They came in correctly and was quick. packaged well. The colors could be a little more vibrant, but otherwise looks great. We will definitely order from here again.

The variety and placement of names makes this a nice mug. The mug style is very common, but works well.

The mugs are great. I've ordered them a couple times for different family members. Right now, I'm waiting on customer service to correct their mistake by mailing the wrong name to my niece. I've sent pictures and the name is clearly the wrong name from what I ordered but no email back.

I ordered 17 mugs and they all came within a week and they were perfect.

The nug with the name all over is so great. I just think that it could of been brighter. The name is very dull looking but nice.

The mugs were just what I expected, however I loved the bottom personalized stamped that some came with. There were a few mugs that had just a dolphin symbol. I would have liked all of them to be the same as they were purchased for my staff.

Good price. Order arrived safely (no broken cups) in a timely manner. All names were spelled correctly. Only complaint was that the ink in some of the fonts looked a little washed out. Overall, I'm happy with the order.

The mugs I bought for my granddaughters were very nice and I'm glad I ordered them for Christmas gifts to be filled with their "cash" present. They are the right size for a warming cup of tea, cocoa, or coffee. They are Clearly printed and a nice heavy weight. The only thing I wish had been improved would be the COLORS. The Colors could have been BRIGHTER. The red looks more like a brownish red and the green is not bright either.

The mugs look very good. The price was great! I bought the $4.99 mugs. I think they are a little small. Great for little kids but not adults.

Thought these were cute for my grandkids to use to bring in the cold weather. Nice size. Only gave 4 stars because the inside of the mug & handle are a bright red; however, the names on the mug appear to be more of a wine/burgundy color.

I like the mugs however I do wish the color was a bit bolder.

A little smaller than I expected, but overall it’s just fine. My daughter always complains that she can never find anything with her name on it, because she has an unusual name. So this will be a fun “gotcha” gift for Christmas.

I have never purchased from here before but after receiving my order I know I will order again. Everything was what I ordered and I am so excited to give them for Christmas to my brothers and sisters. The color is not as bright red and green on the mugs as I saw pictured in the ad but I guess its ok. I know everyone will really like them and the price was just right for a small gift exchange idea.
