I purchased 7 red mugs as gifts. They arrived on time, looked great, except for one with some hazy printing. On line customer service offered a reprint, in any available color. I asked for a reprint. Request was refused. Red was sold out and the company would not reprint using a different color, even though that had been an option in their on-line response. I received a refund, but was disappointed in the customer service!

I bought 3 cups. They look great. The printing on them is not as bold as I would have liked but I’m sure my grandchildren will enjoy them

I ordered 11 name mugs from Personalization Mall but most of them are labeled on bottom of mug "Made in China". Only 3 of the 11 mugs are labeled with "Personalization Mall, Microwave & Dishwasher Safe". The mugs look nice but I am disappointed only 3 of the 11 are properly labeled. I don' know if 8 of them are dishwasher & microwave safe or not.

This cup was very nice but it came broken! The box the mug came in was not protected at all! So the cup came cracked! I called the 800 number. And they were so nice they shipped me another mug no return and the expedited the delivery so I would have it for Christmas! Their customer service was amazing! Thank you

The product is nice and the lettering good. I didn't realize the 11oz would be so small.

Expected mugs to show names in Christmas colors. The red and green were completely off. Disappointed!

While the lettering looks nice, colors are not bold. Afraid the names will not hold up in the dish washer. Will tell my daughter to hand wash it.

These are handsome mugs, and their 16 oz. size allows for a nice big cup of coffee. The personalization using different fonts looks nice -- classic, actually. But there's one serious flaw. There was no warning with these about NOT putting them in the dishwasher. One would naturally assume that that would be OK, as they're sturdy mugs. The mugs themselves stand up well to cleaning in the dishwasher -- the but ink (or paint or whatever it is) used on the mugs has smeared slightly in some spots. So some of the letters look like they have "tails" or shadows coming out above them. That should not have happened and is disappointing. (I'm not including a photo, as the persons for whom I bought these wish their name to remain anonymous.)

the mug itself is adorable, the printing fonts are diverse and nice to look at.

This mug was ordered to replace a mug that was broken at Christmas and note said it would be delivered on 1/3/24 and it still has not been delivered??

I paid an extra $20 to make sure I got these by 12/23 well it's 12/24 & I still haven't recieved them & customer service is closed so I have no way of finding out where my order is cuz fedex doesn't have it.

The print on this is very light and doesn't even look red, green and gold. It looks like someone washed in the dishwasher 100 times and sent it to me. I don't even want to give it to my kids as a gift.

The Mug came shattered in pieces. The mug was very poorly packed, with no bubble wrap at all.

these cups are not christmas red and christmas green. They are rust and army green/pea green. very disappointing.

I ordered 15 mugs and all had recognizable flaws. I am working with the company to "make this right."
