I ordered 14 mugs with different names, they all look great and are just as pictured. All came in their own box and I am very happy with them.

This is a nice sized mug with a very cool personalization option. It arrived quickly, very well protected.

I ordered 25 mugs each with a different name and they were delivered in just 1 week. I checked each one for accuracy and condition and found no problems. These are gifts & haven't been used yet so I don't know about durability. Judging by the look & feel of them I expect them to last a long time.

The latte mug was sent quickly and it will be a great gift. I will order more soon.

Happy with the product. However, very disappointed with the packaging. One mug came with busted handle. I can only hope the rest don’t fall apart. The packaging for ceramic mugs was useless. No buffer what so ever for items that can easily break.

These mugs look great and wash up nicely in the dishwasher. They make a nice little personalized gift for the holidays.

These mugs are perfect to start the Christmas season. I purchased these for my family and everyone loved them! They have a nice weight to them. They aren't too light weight and feel like they will hold up nicely. I used the "script" print for my adult kids and "bold" print for the grandkids. These mugs are the perfect gift to start the the season.

I enjoy seeing the names written in different sizes, fonts, and colors. I thought the price was reasonable. The mugs arrived in just a few days and it was nicely packaged.
I will put the two mugs in a bag and include a canister for hot chocolate mix in between.

I order 2 mugs in the red color, 1 arrived perfect and the other arrived broken. I sent an email to customer service around 6:30am eastern time and by 8 am I received a response from them with a replacement at no cost to me. They are fast and very reliable.
The mugs are beautiful and I love the repeating names in different fonts. I will definitely purchase from this company again!
