Received yesterday. Absolutely perfect! No chips, no scratches and snuggly packaged separately with a box. The colors were vibrant and no mistakes on spelling. LOL Loved them and am sure they will too (at Christmas).

I was pleased with the quick delivery and the cup is a perfect Christmas present.

We have a family tradition on Christmas Eve to sit and everyone have hot chocolate as a family and talk about all the things we are THANKFUL for, this just makes it more memorable!

As expected, great holiday gift

The cups are just as pictured except the colors are a little less bright (but I like the colors a lot). I'm very happy with them and the sale price was amazing!

The mugs are great, exactly as described! I'm very pleased with the quality of the mugs. There are no chips or cracks, and the printing on the mugs is perfect! I appreciated being able to see a mock-up with the name I ordered rather than just seeing a picture of a random name. I would definitely recommend this product and company!

I love the details of the product. The name has been put on the cups so nicely. I bought these as gifts for Christmas and I think everyone will love them. They are really made perfectly. I received the 4 personalized mugs I ordered for my granddaughters for Christmas. They areawesome, and I know my grandbabies will love each having her own mug!

I ordered 8 of these. Each one came in its own box , Great for wrapping. How ever one mug was BROKEN. The handle was broke in 3 pieces. I called them and they will send me a new one. NO PROBMLEM, I talked to Barbara, and she was very very nice. This is a very nice mug. I RECOMMEND this product 100 % .

On October 6, 2024 I placed an order for 28 different repeating name mugs, I received them on October 11, 2024. They were delivered fast, efficient, and most importantly the mugs are flawless and absolutely beautiful. I can’t wait to get the reaction when I gift these out.
