Love these mugs.

I ordered personalized mugs for each of 10 grandchildren. They were each nicely done and I selected different inside mug colors for those in the same family.

Unique mug, especially for people with unusual names. Having a unique name myself, I know how great it is to have something with your name printed on it. The mug is colorful, the right size and arrived quickly. I’ve ordered eight of these mugs for gifts!

Bought this mug as a birthday present for my mom. Over the years she has received rather pricey gifts from either myself, my son or my late husband or my ex-husband. Each time she said "you didn't have to" or "why? it's so expensive". She never received anything that was personalized with her name until now. I received a cup like this as a Christmas gift and felt that since I love mine, I knew my mom would love hers...and she did! She received her gift 2 days before her birthday which was perfect timing on my part :)

This mug is so amazing.

Excellent, they were a big hit with the staff! The only thing was that one of the boxes arrived open and the driver just threw it on the porch. Nothing broke but 1 cup was missing.

The product is beautiful however this particular mug was broken upon arrival. Not your fault though. I just need to reorder the mug with Jaboris name on it. Truly love each mug

I needed a gift idea for ages 7-16. I ordered 6 of these mugs, one for each of the kids coming to my house for Christmas Eve. I filled each with a hot chocolate packet and candy, wrapped them in oversized treat bags with ribbon, and they came out perfect!

As soon as it came in broken I called the number and the sweet lady in customer service immediately apologized and put in an order for another coffee mug to replace the one that came in broken. I got a confirmation email right away and a few hours later received an email that the replacement had shipped.
